This was a perfect house for our 4 day stay! We pulled into town an hour or so early, and they were perfectly ok with giving us the code early. Beautiful property that we absolutely loved. It was raining pretty bad 2 out of the 4 days we stayed so we really only got to enjoy the pool for one day. We had a slight leak in the master a/c Unit due to the excessive rain. But, the owners acted fast and came to check on us! We are pretty easy going people so we didn’t make a big deal about it and just turned the upstairs air conditioner and it stopped. Also, it didnt make the upstairs hot either! Regardless, we would be happy to stay at this property again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Absolutely best stay, l9ved the pool. But close enough to the strip.

The property was a little older but has a lot of updates. Many barking dogs when we were outside. My husband has Parkinson’s and all four bedrooms were upstairs. Getting upstairs was very difficult for him. There was no portable garage door opener so someone had to manually close it after the car was backed out. Overall the property was acceptable, but we would rent a different property for the price next time.

The house was very clean and easy to locate. Check in process easy- even late at night. Not easy to travel with young adult children and hotel stays. This allowed each child to have their own room- 2 1/2 baths bonus! The pool was a godsend due to the heat! The location- so close to the strip, Hoover dam- Red Rock Canyan- and the airport!

Great place to stay with family. Beds are comfortable and house is clean and close to the Strip. We would stay again if coming back to Las Vegas.

My family and I had the most awesome time at this property. The house is welcoming and felt like home. Very clean and pool was great (from what the kids told me lol) the backyard was a great size,the whole house was just top notch. We are definitely going to reach out and book this home again in the future.

I had a great experience in this property. Very clean inside and outside the house. Neighborhood is very clean, safe and quiet. A good place for a family. I went with 3 other friends for a business event and had enough room for all of us. We could fit more people. Communication was not bad but could be better. But overall I would definitely recommend this place!

In Vegas for Son's Wedding. House fit 7 family members perfect. 1 K/2 Q/2 T. To cold in Feb to enjoy pool & no time to enjoy the fire pit. Nice neighborhood, within 15 mins from strip & Airport.

The house was in a great location, plenty of room, beautiful backyard and patio.

House was plenty big for our family and had everything we needed. It was not ready for us as promised but the owner fixed the issues very quickly and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again. House is in an older neighborhood but we always felt safe. Too cold for us to use the pool but it was very nice.

Had a little trouble getting lock code. Property manager was contacted and resolved the issue

The property was prefect for four ladies playing in a tennis tournament in Vegas. We would stay at this property again.

we attended the IHEART Radio festival in Vegas. We stayed in this VRBO place that was relatively close to downtown. the place was great, and was as described. Very clean...pool was cold but great because the temps hit 100 f. only issue was the neighbor (A block away) has dogs that barked at night. Given how the neighborhood makes a big deal about noise levels they seem to tolerate dogs barking into the wee hours. but if the windows are shut...the barking isn't an issue.

The property itself was exactly as described/ viewed in pictures. The space is well updated with a great kitchen and fenced private backyard with a pool and patio space. This rental is a short drive to the strip and is definitely conveniently located. My only issue was with the property manager itself. The check- in process was easily the worst of any rental I have secured on both Vrbo and other rental sites. I reached out via Vrbo messenger, text, and phone calls multiple times as I was curious about early check in. I understand that is not a possibility with some rentals so my family was very willing to reallocate our time until the check- in time listed. Then we were provided with an access code that would not let us in the door. After multiple failed attempts to reach the owners via the listed phone number, they finally sent a message via the Vrbo website with a new code to get into the door that worked. This was unacceptable to me. My family and I stood outside trying to get in for quite some time and they refused to pick up a simple phone call so why even bother to list a phone number? I was extremely frustrated with the owners' inability to communicate with renters prior to and during the check-in experience so I likely would not stay at this rental nor would I recommend it to my friends. If we were to have run into any issues with the house itself during our stay, I would have had zero confidence in being able to reach the owners for any sort of resolution. However, as previously stated, the only issues we experienced were with the owners and their lack of communication, the house itself was very nice.

This property was a great find. The inside was amazing and clean and the backyard was spacious. I would definitely recommend this property.

It seemed odd that the day of our travel to Las Vegas we had not received instructions on how to enter the property. The property was supposed to be available areound 4pm. We arrived at the property at 5:30pm. Nobody was there so I called the contact for the property. They immediately texted me and said they were not available. My first thought was I hope evrything is okay. I texted back and said we were at the property and needed the lock codes to get in. At this point we are tired, it's 109 degrees and we were not sure what was going on. I got no reply. I called VRBO and they put me on hold while they contacted the owner. When I was connected back to the call the owner was yelling at the VRBO rep saying, Why are you calling me? After several minutes we finally got the code. The house was clean and the pool was nice. There was no power in half of the upstairs. I texted the owner and he said he would send someone out the next day. it was 8pm by this point . The next day I found the GFCI that was tripped and fixed the problem. Through all this there was never an apology and there was no offer to make it right. We left the house clean and followed the check out intructions as they were posted. Very dissapointed.

I couldn't have asked for a better home to rent. My daughter got married at a Las Vegas resort and I needed a bigger space than a hotel room and found that renting a home was cheaper than paying high prices for several people for a resort hotel room. The house was comfortable, beautiful and very well maintained. Having a pool was a bonus. I enjoyed being able to swim whenever I wanted and not have to worry about it being crowded. My family loved the home as well. The property owner left her cell number so that I could call or text with any questions and I did have a couple. She got back to me within a few minutes of receiving my text messages. I'd definitely rent this home again.

My family had a wonderful time especially my grandkids who loved the swimming pool. It was a wonderful experience and we were close to a lot of stores. And not far from the strip. Wonderful!!!!!

Very clean and lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and amenities. Great location to everything and Walmart was near by.

The property was so spacious. Everyone had their own space and we weren't on top even though we were 2/room. House can with everything you might have forgot. Backyard was HUGE!!! Overall, we loved it and you will too.
