Las camas están duras y hay habitaciones en planta baja sin ventanas considerando el precio esta bien Solo estuvimos una noche

Cute building in a great location with nice decor and nice staff.

There was no hot water Wifi cut in and out so I was unable to work Loud music bumping until midnight

For what we paid, the room was incredible value. Very clean and spacious and great bathroom with awesome shower. Location is excellent very short walk to beach and main town area. Staff were lovely. Wifi was fine for streaming

I don't think the place has a reception. No big deal but when trying to leave our bags somewhere at 11am for 3pm check in it was impossible. Not ideal lugging luggage around for 4 hours in the heat as couldn't just chill down beach. We ended up getting in touch with owner at 1.30pm who was super helpful at that time. Just something to keep in mind if arriving before 2-3pm

Beautiful home with excellent location and attentive host.

It was absolutely perfect. Pool was wonderful. Air-conditioning, powerful fan, hot shower, TV with cable, coffee maker & ground coffee provided, mini fridge, sofa and bed, lots of shelves to put your bags, maid service so friendly, lounge chairs and tables around pool. Close to beach and mini-super next door, local restaurants across the street, quiet at night, view of the stars, guests in surrounding rooms also really kind and fun. Had a great time with my 5 year old. Least expensive+ the best place we stayed in Sayulita. This hotel knows how to accommodate travelers!! 3 other hotels we stayed at treated us like we are untrustworthy or are planning to damage something. Always a surprise in Mexico! Playa Azul was a super pleasant surprise 😀

Large room and very clean. The staff is very helpful. The location of the hotel is great! 5 minutes walk from the main square and about the same from Sayulita Beach.

We only stayed here one night so there is not much I can say. The only thing is that we could hear some of the music from the restaurant/bar across the street, but I don't know if it happens very day or what.

This place was good, you even have a nice pool in the back and everything is way closer because you are near the beach! I definitely recommend this place. If there is a next time, this is going to be the place I’d stay at.

Room 4, air conditioner not cooling, too hot, but great shower, great location, great prices, great beaches! Shower is amazing wakin, just stay wet. Pool is tiny but ok for swim lesson for partner

Pulling scam charges on cleaning They are not to be trusted..worst place..agony...of failure to reply to emails...several emails to advise if they acknowledge reservation showing paid Took funds behind the booking.com procedure..call direct..to take Funds over the phone..then failed to acknowledge that received payment from request of emails Force 4 days of callingYou..to see if reservation existed..fail to answer phone..when you called This far 2 star not 4.5... Failed to assist to offer lower unit..I difficult issue of stairs THEY SHOULD BE DROPPED FROM with You... This hotel is on dusty dirty street with vendors playing..loud music.. Vendor stands around hotel Dirt path to reach the beach This place is rugged..in the middle vendor stands There is no one on the oroperty..then surprise A maid turns up with out my knowledge to clean the room...since they treat as airbb. DROP THIS PROPERTY I arrived with another guest..thankgoodness he was there.i called..several times..finally he called..got someone to open the property..we waited in hot sun 35min..to enter get keys

Bathroom clogged and we were without bathroom.

The location was great and the place is small. The bathroom was AMAZING and felt super luxurious. I also enjoyed having a quiet space to relax and unwind. The beach is a 2 minute walk!

Very clean modern building. Wi-Fi was okay.

A little noisy at night. Iffy neighborhood. Pool is very small. No one available to ask questions.

One of the housekeepers was a bit rude when checking out but....didn't affect stay. would be back.

as we asked while checking to stay in the common area for 1 more hour, we have been told that if we stay, we would be charged for one more day! so we left ...

Once we arrived the room was extremely small and did not have a WINDOW. I was completely shocked as it was not listed in the advertisement. They charged us an extra 40$ a night for a room with a window. We were extremely disappointed as the customer service was horrible and there is NO receptionist or staff who work there. You have to call a number and they will come when they can. (or when the staff has internet) As they work in multiple hotels... It feels more like an airbnb rather than a hotel. You might as well get an airbnb for a better price...

Very modern and clean. Check in process was a bit slow and miscommunicated. You have to tell them the time you’re checking in and they meet you there to let you in.

nothing that I liked. Horrible stay

Worst experience ever. Check in is at 3pm. You have to call to mexican local number listed on the gate otherwise you won't be able to get in and check in. (if you travel internationally and don't have local mex ph number be ready to pay for call and there's no way around it). I arrived at 12pm, called them and ask if I can leave my bags till check in time - they completely ignored me and never answered. I returned at 3pm and there's was no one to check me in. The staff arrived at 3.30pm and handed me keys for room. I ask why they wouldn't let me in at 3pm they said: "Check in is after 3pm but it can be anytime after 3pm once room is ready" what a nonsense. Music from neighbors was loud all night long so I wasn't to sleep. Check out is at 12pm, but at 10.30 cleaning lady arrived and told me to check out so she needs to clean room. I wouldn't recommend this place. Nightmare
