Everything that was mention was there. Tons of beach supplies. Beds/pillows were comfy. Nice pool onsite. No issues at all. We would stay there again.

This property was the perfect place for our stay. The rooms were big and the kitchen was good for making a breakfast in the morning. Parking is a bit tricky if you are out past 5. You couldn't find anything close. The shower was tricky to use but once we figured it out it was great. The furniture in the living room was a couch and love seat. With my bad back I would have loved a chair to sit on because the couch was to soft for me. The owners were so easy to work with. We didn't get to use the pool so I can't comment on that. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt the condo had everything we needed to have a great vacation. It was a short drive to many beaches and attractions.
Plus it had a wonderful heated pool and clubhouse.
Neighbors were kind and welcoming. We will definitely rent again.

This was a great rental. 5 to 7 min drive to the beach and 5 to 7 min drive to family we were visiting. We liked that it was gated and near but not on a main highway. Only downside was the closeness to a fire station. Sirens every day but didn't notice them at night. The hosts created a very welcoming home to stay in. Thank you for being our first Vrbo rental. We will definitely be using this service in the future.

The place was very clean and had many extras like beach chairs and coolers. The space was decorated very nice and was the perfect size for my family. There was a nice pool and the place was very quiet. Would stay again.

No Elevator, No Assigned Parking, Hot WaterTank,had to be replaced, had to disconnect bathroom fan because it was filthy and made a lot of noise.

The condo is exactly as described. What a great, affordable 2 bedroom condo in a safe, gated community, 5 min from Madeira Beach. Mr & Mrs Coffin, provide everything you will need for a day at the beach, or a low key day hanging out in the complex! Beds are super comfy, location is close to everything, balcony is enclosed, screened & private, a great place to chill to start or end your day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Thanks for a great post graduation week!!!

The condo was perfect for our family of three that went. Not on the beach, but only took 5-10 minutes to several nice beaches!! Great location for shops, restaurants, and not in the crazy thick of the hustle and bustle!

Without question one of the best deals on VRBO for this area. Nice clean small 2 BR condo with beautiful pool and common area. The 2 beds were both comfortable but the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable (as most aren't). We considered buying an air mattress to improve that but other than that this was PERFECT. Plenty of towels, beach gear, cleaning supplies, good appliances. Property manager is super nice, responsive, and helpful. I did call with one silly question which was easily resolved (on using the shower water handle lol). Really nice property and really nice people. Would definitely rent here again.

This property did not disappoint! It was clean and easy to get to. It had plenty of room for all of us and the beds were very comfy!

This condo development is our preferred location, close to groceries, shopping, movie theatre, the Pinellas Trail and a short drive to the beach.
The unit is well-equipped with towels, bedding and beach toys, etc. for all ages.
Given that it rents out for less than other units in this development, it is an excellent choice for those on a budget and who are willing to overlook that it is a bit tired.

The property is exactly as described, check-in was easy. We felt very safe at the property, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and gym and the best part is was only a few mins drive from the beach.

Overall stay was great. I do feel as though this property should be listed for older couples. We did feel we were being watched at all times by the people who live their regularly. Especially in the pool. I have three children whom are very active. I felt that they weren’t allowed to be themselves during “non quiet times”. I feel their should be assigned parking spots as well according to condo number.

Overall this was a great place to stay. It was about 15 minutes from the nearest beach. It had everything we needed, plenty of beach gear, the pool was great for our kids, and it was clean!

Great Place to Stay
Access to the property and unit was simple. The unit was very comfortable. This was our 3rd time at Beach Way in Seminole and we always enjoy our stay.

Great condo helpfull neighbors
There was many things that needed fixed in the condo. But nothing I couldn't live without. There was no sign that said column circle to turn on the thing you put your code in was so dim I could see it. Had to get some help. After i got that figured out all was good. Nice pool and work out room.

The condo is located in a nice neighborhood and close to beaches and town. It is equipped with some beach items and some kitchen supplies. The shower is nice and hot and roomy in that garden tub. The owners are quick to respond and very helpful.

Great home away from home!
Very comfortable and accessible property. Amenities were good and easily accessible. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, Cable TV, TVs in all rooms, and all the beach gear you could need for a day out. Even comes with a dog bed your furry baby!
