The stay was very very good. we had good time at this hotel down to really nice room with comfortable beds, pool availability, and great breakfast included. Too it off very good customer service.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly - especially Nate at the front desk. Bed was comfy.

Could have used some bleach cleaner in the shower to remove mold. Desk chair and ottoman apparently are never cleaned. A lot of stains. I had to clean the desk chair before I sat in it. My room was very close to the highway, even with a noise machine and heat on, I could still hear cars and trucks.

My greeting at the front desk set the tone for my stay. I didn't get all of the guys' names up front(three gentlemen), but they were so friendly and informative. This is my third time staying at this location and I haven't been disappointed yet. I used this hotel because it's pet friendly and I needed a place to celebrate my boyfriend's bday. It worked out perfectly.

One light in my room 316 didn't work. Needed all the lighting possible for my little event, but 1 light not working didn't affect me much.

The stay was grate nice and quiet food was good

It's advertised as pet friendly however there is not a large dedicated spot for pets to use the bathroom. There are small patches of grass near the highway (terrible for dogs that scare easily). In my opinion there should be a fenced in area away from the highway. There was a child jumping off the bed above us- I went down to the front desk to complain- the worker did call the room and remedy the situation but I felt like I was a burden to her as she was huffing her breath the whole time- mind you it was after midnight, so needless to say we were all very tired. We started out our stay with almost an empty toll of toilet paper and no back up so I had to go ask for more- not a huge deal but it was inconvenient. Pillows are very uncomfortable- head sinks right through to the bed- again not a huge deal, just bring your own if you want.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the fitness center had a lot of good equipment.

The breakfast options were very limited.
