Cette unité de coin 3-BR, 2-BA, 1645 pieds carrés au 3e étage possède le plus grand plan d'étage de One Ludington Place. 2 lits king-size et 2 ensembles de lits superposés peuvent accueillir 8 personnes dans le confort et le luxe. La suite principale comprend une douche surdimensionnée et une baignoire. Cuisine entièrement équipée, foyer chaleureux et buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur offrent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade sans soucis. New Years Eve is a fun time in Ludington! We’ve done this stay for several years and always had good beer,good food and good times. Staying at One Ludington Place is perfect! A cozy condo with a fireplace and all the amenities we need for a long weekend. We’ll be back next year!

We stayed at this condo the last week of August. Ludington is a favorite place for us to vacation. This was the first time at this condo but definitely not the last. Location is perfect. It is very clean and spacious. My family of 7 (6 adults 1 child) had plenty of room. Host is very responsive with any questions. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Unit in need of refurb. Walls/framing marred. Carpet permanent stains,matted,dirty,nail pops. Master mattress lumpy. Lights out over stove,master bath fan,kitchen ceiling. We removed kitchen sink stains/pink mold on shower curtain.Headboards loose.

We had an amazing vacation! We had 4 adults and 2 children and all had plenty of room. The location was perfect - 5 minutes to downtown restaurants and shopping and 10-15 minutes to the beach. The pool was clean and the property grounds were well kept. We felt very safe with the entry codes required to enter the building. There are some outdated features in the condo but it was clean and our small issue was addressed quickly! We will be back next year!

It was a great week to relax & enjoy Ludington. This condo is close to downtown shopping, the marina & park, a short walk to Sterns beach. Having a condo was great for making meals for our family. We used the on-site grill a few nights. Having a pool was nice! The only “problem” we had was our kids were told they couldn’t jump into the pool. It wasn’t a huge deal but they are little and didn’t understand.

Great location for this condo. Walking distance to downtown, beach & marina. The place was set up nicely and everything was clean and ready for us. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker could be replaced but adequate. There were several marks on some of the walls, scuffs that probably would come off easily. Very helpful ziplocs and foil and dishwasher and washer detergent supplied! The second bedroom has a nice King size bed very comfortable. The master bedroom could use a new mattress as the sides sloped down from the middle. Overall nice vacation!

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, linens, appliances, and entertainment items for all ages! View was great and was walking distance to town and Waterfront park! We loved this property! We enjoyed walks on the beach, and loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed watching The Badger go out and come in each day, from our window! Our weekend was a bit chilly, so we really enjoyed the fireplace! Property is just as described.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained unit with all the kitchen ware needed to prepare meals and BBQ on the grills outside the clubhouse. Comfortable beds with fans in each bedroom to keep air moving during the night. Loved proximity to town, Stearns Park Beach, Band Shell for concerts, and Badger docking. Brittany and Nicki were outstanding in handling our reservation, check-in and return of security deposit.

Great for families
This is a great condo for families looking to enjoy everything that Ludington offers. Condo was clean, spacious and comfortable and the pool/hot tub were great. The location is perfect - walk to the playground, parks, beach, restaurants, shopping, fishing! Nikki and Melissa were both so nice and there to help if needed!

Family Vacation
The contact and responsiveness of the property manager was exceptional. We had a few minor maintenance issues (garbage disposal, dishwasher, etc...) but, it was no fault of anyone and handled quickly and courteously. I would recommend this unit for a family looking to get away as it had everything you would need.

We loved that we could walk everywhere and the kids loved being right next to the park and House of Flavors. We recommend to bring a wagon, it made walking to beach with all our stuff much easier. Our sons and their families occupied two condos @One Ludington Place, each sleeping eight (8) for a week in July for our every-two-year family reunion. They enjoyed their time. Comfort in terms of temperature was an issue in both units in the bunk-bed rooms and the hot tub didn't work all week. That was a major issue for our Phoenix family of seven (7) as they were looking for more "heat". We were promised the hot tub would be fixed by the Tuesday after their arrival the previous Saturday and it never was fixed.
