Property is very clean as described. Awesome pool right on the banks of water. It has everything you need for to stay there quietly or enjoy a party with friends.

We had a great time at this place had all of our needs taken care of. The living space and the bedrooms all very nice. Great kitchen. The Pool and the view from the pool was incredible. Would recommend to anyone. We had 11 people there and it was very comfortable.

This property is a perfect fit for our group of 8! The home is clean, modern and spacious. The backyard itself is a vacation paradise with a large pool and patio deck which overlooks palm trees and a gorgous lake! The owner is very responsive and helpful. This was our second stay at this property and we will absolutely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, there were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was warm. Scott was very responsive to any needs/issues that arose during our stay. We were very impressed with his ability to resolve things quickly.

Nice place to stay

This house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7!! Would even be perfect for a bigger group! The location is very quiet and peaceful, we will definitely stay here again. We had to contact the property manager a few times and he was quick to respond ! There were lots of pool towels and bath towels provided, which was nice.

The location of the place was beautiful. Sadly the day we arrived I let the owner know the heated pool was not working. It was very cold and I come from Michigan where we’re used to cold water. Instead of coming and checking on the pool he argued with me, said “it’s not going to be hot like a jacuzzi”. It wasn’t until the third day he finally got people to come and fix the pool and it turned out that the heater had been turned off. So sadly 2 out of the 4 days when we were there we were unable to utilize the pool. Scott did not offer any type of partial refund or anyway to make up for this error. The house itself was nice but for sure could have been cleaned better. The ice and water dispenser on the fridge is full of mold so don’t use that. Most of the pots and pans are old and super scratched up.

The pictures did not do this house justice! The home was trendy, clean and spacious. The pool and patio were the perfect size which included patio chairs, loungers and swim toys. The backdrop of palm trees and the lake were magical. Our Mom/Sons trip was absolutely perfect. An easy 25 minute drive to the beach was a great addition. We hope to stay here again!

Our s tay was great. We enjoyed the beautiful house & view. The only thing that we didn't really get to enjoy was the pool. It was very cold. Even during the heating hours. Regardless of the pool being cold we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Scott.

This review was written by my wife and daughter. I set up the reservation via my VRBO account, but did not stay in the home. Just my wife and daughters stayed there. Here is their account: The listing on VRBO states "Resort (Heated Pool) Home 2 Story on Large Lake". Several things about the listing are inaccurate or misleading. First of all it is not in a "Resort", it is located in a middle class neighborhood. Secondly, the owner said he had a new pool heater and he monitored it remotely. We questioned whether it was working properly as no time during our week stay did the water temperature reach a level that was swimable. We did not expect hot tub temperatures, but it was too cold to swim. There were cameras all over the property, inside and out. The cameras on the inside were taped over, but the outside cameras were on. The cameras made us uncomfortable. The home appeared to us to be in the process of being renovated. For example the downstairs master bathroom was beautiful, but the second floor bathroom had a new vanity, but an old shower?? The pots and pans were worn out (all the Teflon was worn away), and much of the furniture was dated. We could go on nit picking, but will stop here. It was OK and livable, but the presentation on the website was misleading.

The host was always very quick to respond to my messages. The team reported the house was great. No issues.

This home is fabulous plus all the trimmings. The pool and view were fantastic! Kitchen was incredible. Super clean and neat. Scott called me right after I checked in to see if all was okay and was always available if needed. Awesome & I’ll see you again… Highly Recommend

We had a great stay by this beautiful property. Scott was extremely attentive and conscientious about every aspect of his gorgeous and immaculate property. We had an amazing time in the house and pool, which is stunning with a beautiful lakeview. There were various games and inflatables thoughtfully provided for maximum enjoyment. Scott is clearly invested in providing his guests with a 5 star vacation experience.

The house is beautiful and large enough for our family! We enjoyed sitting underneath the palm trees in the shade just relaxing and watching the birds and turtles! The pool was great to come back to after a long day of checking out Florida! We all had a great time!

Absolutely beautiful house!!!

This was an incredible find... The house is completely remodeled. Plenty of room for my family of five. We had a ball hanging out in the pool and enjoying the FL sunshine. This house captures what a Fl vacation should be. Stores within a few blocks, and very close to the beaches... Scott is very friendly and a great host! We will be back often!
