The room was really nicely decorated and the lighting in the bathroom was great. Love the double walk in shower.

I didn't like the cash deposit rule. No orange juice and for the money, the breakfast was really lacking. And could have used a coffee pot in the room.

I had never heard of a $100 CASH deposit at a hotel until I stayed here. I don't generally carry that amount of cash; and didn't have that. The hotel did allow me to put a $60 cash deposit down which I got back upon checkout. Strange policy. Not sure why they couldn't and wouldn't put the deposit as a hold on a credit card.

The sheets weren’t changed. There were dirt marks of someone’s foot and blonde hair on the sheets from the previous stay. We requested for a new fitted sheet and the worker didn’t want to hear about it. She gave us the wrong fitted sheet so I had to go switch it to the correct size. That annoyed her. How she felt showed all over her face. There were molds on the bathroom door. Overall, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

The suite was nice and Spacious.

The hotel requires a $100 cash deposit. Put in very fine print on bottom of reservation. In addition to having your CC information and photo copying your Drivers License. I have had front desk ask to see ID, not usually keep your personal information on a photo copy. Front desk wasn't very friendly nor helpful. Did not explain Wi-Fi, where my room was, when breakfast was, ask if there was anything else they could help me with, no...enjoy your stay or Thank-Yous. Will not stay here again. Not customer friendly at all.

Good price. The location to downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul was great because then we didn't have to stay in the city.

When we checked in the bathroom faucet wasn't attached to the sink, the bathtub water ran steady and the TV didn't work at all. Someone finally came and checked on things as we were checking out of the room.

False advertising on breakfast and the staff were extremely horrible. The bath tubs were disgusting.

the manager was rude and clearly doesn’t like her job. I checked into a room that wasn’t cleaned at all beds not made towels on the floor went to let them know and was asked why I hadn’t said anything sooner when I didn’t go up to my room right away. then was given an even worse room where the smoke detector was hanging from the wall, food on the ceiling. The kitchen area was not clean as well. I will never stay there again
