Charming house in a central location

Amazing location and charming apartment with everything we needed! We loved the rooftop for sunset happy hour too!

We didn’t mind at all, but anyone with mobility concerns may struggle as the apartment covers 3 levels with stairs. Just something to know before you stay.

The property was rehabilited assuring all the authenticity of the old house. The room which was the old kitchen was so cute! Everything clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equiped, amazing terrace with all the details thought through! Also they offered alcool gel and masks for customers. Perfect location to park the car and with asupermarket 100 m of the house and 200 m from the roman bridge. Amazing stay!

Location is excellent, a few minutes from the main town centre. Free parking nearby. Traditional Algarve style property so if you’re looking for authentic this is a good place.

Google street view this place before you stay. We were shocked at how run down the properties look in the neighbourhood. The bedrooms are on the ground floor which we didn’t like, the lounge and kitchen are upstairs and then the terrace up another staircase. The view from the terrace is completely overlooked and surrounded by other houses and building work. The drains were smelly in the bathrooms. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress is bigger than the bed base so hangs over the edge and therefore doesn’t support you. Had a terrible sleep. The second bedroom is two single beds and is at the front. Early in the morning around 6am onwards there was street noise from dogs and neighbours.
