the guard was not being lenient at all..me my sister and 2 of my nieces went for swimming..there was no one there..we need to wait for 10mins until the time start..we got 2 kids and 2 adults but only 3 people from 1 unit is able to use the swimming pool..1 adult to supervise 2 kids?what if something happen?we understand if got lots of other people there..but it was only us..

The owner of this property is hostile, nasty and inhospitable. He is rude and doesnt care about his guest. He speaks to you with a 'gangster' attitude. Judging from the way he has treated us, it seems a common practise that he does. From moment we checked in, he simply ignored all calls and messages from us. 0 communications and worse of all, made a false claim, we didn't check in, we canceled our booking which booking.com accepted. The apartment was full of dust, the sofa had no cushion made it impossible to sit, the toilet was dirty, the bedsheets and beds were awful to sleep on. The wifi was so poor that you had to sit next to it to get some kind of connection. The pool was out of service for 2 days. He forced to make a deposit before checking in which wasnt mentioned anywhere and also confirmed by the booking team. Because of the horrible stay and he was uncontactable, we left the next day. He refused to solve or explain anything. Untill now i am still receiving notifications from booking.com that my stay was cancelled and i am being charged. Do not stay here. We had a shocking experience with this owner. Our holiday had a horrendous start because of such incompetent and hostile host like Michael.

Good location.

The bedsheets are not clean and mattress are not in good condition..The bedsheets, bed are not as per promise..Only get 2 double bed and 1 single bed and 1 single mattress..Sofa also a bit dirty..There is only 1 bathroom in the unit for 6 pax...Not convenience at all..

the swimming pool for kids and adult

very near with Jetty station 6-10 min walk. or ride grab... value for money. quite spacious for 2 of us. clear instruction from the staff, we extended 1 more night. we re very happy.

just we are not used to live in high rise building 🙂

cheap and central location, supermarket in walking distance, apartment is spacious, near the train station and the jetty, friendly and efficient communication

I think not all units are the same.The unit we had definitely needs some attention, the toilet seat was coming off, the blankets on the double beds were too small to use with two people, the bidet resembled a cut-off garden hose...overall, lots of little things that are no deal-breakers but if they were fixed, the place would surely be much nicer!

Check in instructions weren’t sent until last minute. No lobby to check in, had to check in with the guards outside. Apartment was not cleaned properly, refused to refund second night when we reported that the apartment was dirty and that we were leaving early.

The service of agent so bad, I cannot use wifi and i tell the agent but the response so bad. Hopefully can improve the service. So disappointed.

I booked and paid for a deluxe two bedrooms room, but the owner give me another room without prior notice, and the facility is dirty, everything inside is decrepit, totally different from the photo. I contacted the owner, and he don't want take responsibility at all. Even the light switch is broken and the owner still said it is safe, very terrible experience living in decrepit and dangerous facility.

Really love with my stay (2 rooms with 5pax), big and each rooms completed with air-conditioning include for the living room. 1 room had 2 double bed and another had 1 double plus 1 single bed. The facilitity also great and easy too check In & Out <3

Hopefully owner can put some extra locks or give key for the main door instead of just give key for the padlock.

Basically if you book this property, you won’t get the property that you saw in the website. As for me, I booked for this property and what I got was an old property. I booked for a 2 bedroom apartment as it was only 5 of us. However, the owner gave an old 3 bedroom apartment. We only knew it when we checked in. Upon contacting the owner, he didn’t respond at all. I called Booking.com and told the issue. When Booking.com called the owner, he answered and told that they gave a free upgrade of 3 bedroom apartment as compensation. I dont see this as compensation. Book for a 1 room in 5 star hotel and you get 3 room in 1 star hotel its not the same. I will share the real photos here.

Location quite far from food and tourist haven in island. Upkeep not very good especially kitchen utensils like pan and kettle quite dirty and dare not use it. Switches were old and some spoilt. It is more suitable for short stay for company staff come here for company business but not suitable for family holiday.

The house is clean and cozy. The night view is stunning, and the bathroom is very spacious! Furnitures are well equipped and in good maintenance, water pressure is good, even the foreigner security guards are helpful and friendly. I absolutely love it, definitely coming back.

Took me some time to find the designated parking lot as the lot number is not obvious. (Painted on floor). But luckily the parking lot is not far from lift.

There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which are very spacious, suitable for 6-9 pax. I like that the location is quite strategic and you get a view of penang bridge from the balcony👍🏻 The owner also provide many facilities for use such as heater, pot, washing machine etc Overall it's a nice place to stay and the price is very affordable

There was an issue with the hair dryer but it's just a small matter
