Exquis refuge privé du milieu du siècle. Niché au milieu des palmiers dans la colline de la Petite Toscane avec des vues spectaculaires sur la ville et les montagnes. Parfait pour se divertir, se prélasser au bord de la piscine / spa ou cuisiner un repas incroyable tout en se divertissant dans un décor spacieux, décloisonné, sophistiqué et confortable. TV et sonorisation dans chaque pièce. Portes coulissantes en verre de part en part. Salon extérieur avec pulvérisateurs de brume pour vous garder au frais. BBQ, repas en plein air. Cabine de sieste sous tente avec 2 lits doubles; Sentiers de randonnée à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. Marchez ou faites du vélo jusqu'au centre-ville de Palm Springs pour un repas dans l'un des meilleurs restaurants du pays, une glace ou une tasse de café. Gated. Tucked away from the crowds of Palm Springs, this home is about as relaxing as it gets. Beautiful surroundings with a stunning view down the valley, topped off by a house with great design and everything you could ever need. Easy communication and check in.

Firstly, the pictures don't do the property justice, it's absolutely incredible mid-century architecture, the interiors are wonderful and the setting in Little Tuscany is very exclusive.
Communication with the property owner and the property manager were first class. Really excellent service - seamless and faultless. Thank you.
And the vacation surpassed our wildest dreams, it really was a week of paradise.
From the early morning hikes (there are two trails within walking distance of the property), the BBQ's and lunches on the terrace overlooking the valley, to sundowners in the hot tub and movies on the big TV all followed with a great night's sleep in the ultra comfortable beds.
We can't recommend it enough and can't wait to go back!

Great property and location for anyone interested in mid mod architecture and design. Comfortable and spacious accommodation. Lovely heated pool and hot tub. Great experience with property manager. Would definitely repeat.

You get a sense of the history of the house as you walk through the rooms admiring the wonderful art and pictures. We are very grateful to have experienced it! It was the perfect setting for a milestone 60th Birthday celebration! Derek was also great to deal with and all his recommendations were spot on! Hope to back soon!

Great house, wonderful location, plumbing in one of the bathrooms did not work--
Property Manager Derek was outstanding--very responsive.
Owner needs to schedule maintenance outside the rental periods. Major trimming and grass seeding were planned during our stay--no advance notice. this was disruptive to our guests.

I had wanted to find myself a relaxing Palm Springs escape and not only did I manage that, but I found myself a total gem.
This home is absolutely first class. I couldn't have hoped for a more comfortable. stylish and totally splendid haven in Palm Springs. I had everything I needed and more.
The owners and the property manager could not have been more welcoming, or more accomodating. I actually can't wait to go back to Palm Springs to treat myself all over again at this absolutely wonderful home. I honestly don't think I could stay anywhere else in PS.

The location is perfect for tranquility, yet so close to shopping, dining etc. The experience exceeded our expectations and has been the best home we’ve vacationed in the past 10 + years using VRBO. It's super clean, easy to get to, great location, and the property manager's were really helpful with everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!
