Property is low category, room is very small, wrong commitment, booking.com also wrong, waste for money… Breakfast is available but room service only( buff and juce ) so please don’t book this hotel…

Nothing, waste of hotel

The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful! My husband wasn't feeling well when we arrived and they gave us some medicine so we wouldn't have to go out late at night to find a chemist. The next day after we had checked out, they allowed my husband to rest in one of the dormitories free of charge as we waited for our late-night flight. The staff were there to help us with our every need and we were very grateful for their hospitality.

Location is good for visiting BKC and nearby places. Cleanliness is good.

Rooms are small and cozy. Bathroom is also small. If you are with a family it might feel a bit congested.

The personnel, including the operations manager, was kind and friendly and always ready to help. The facilities are reasonable for the price.

Lack of space. There is only one sliding door for the toilet and bathroom. I couldn't put off all lights at night since the a/c is connected to the light switch.

There was so many mosquitos and Spider in my room Could not slept for 2 nights No breakfast was there it was like hell No reapond over any request Even they was not offering water Very very bad experience

washrooms have stalls with gaps at the bottom, water flows out, not enough place to hang clothes. Have to ask for towels every time, it is incovenient to get ready for a professional

The person who seemed to be the manager was really great. he stayed late when our flight was delayed to let us in. the rest of the staff also seemed amazing!

there were extremely loud works going on outside the room until 4am on a building site which is so close it felt like the building works were in our room. the room smelt very strongly of damp and had damp crawling up the walls. the curtains where not big enough for the window and so in the morning it was really light.

Polite and extremely helpful staff, reasonable services, dormitory was comfortable. Loved their workplace setup and locker offering for just a nominal amount.

Bathrooms were good but not regularly cleaned, sheets aren't changed everyday for dormitorys

Toilet in the room smelled bad by the time v went in. It's a smoking room which wasn't mentioned before n it was smelling like cigars by that time. Not very accommodating for stay with kids. With metro works going on it's hard to reach as well. Google maps doesn't show the location which made it hard for us to get there from airport

The room and facilities were good. The hotel has a young, funky feel because of its hostel functionalities. It is probably wonderful for those looking for a cheap communal stay. I didn't realize it was a hostel though when I booked my (private) room though... and for 8,000 rupees / night it was an absolute rip off.

First the hotel was very challenging to find. The address on Booking.com isnt correct and there is major construction going on out front. My driver had to call multiple times the staff to get more specific direction and we passed it multiple times. Its on a very busy road and is noisy, not convenient to walking to local restaurants and shops, and was barely accessible because of the construction. There were mosquitos in the bedroom. My right foot was bitten up pretty badly. The included breakfast was terrible. A very small portion of poha in a to-go container. I had to call and ask personally for this. No coffee, tea, juice... No one turned down the bed or cleaned the room in between my two nights. When I called the front desk to ask for an arranged ride to the airport at first they told me "Arrange yourself." For 8,000 rupees / night it should have been a much more inclusive experience with clean facilities and good service. It wasnt.
