Beautifully maintained home with all the amenities you could ask for in a vacation rental...easy walk to beach and restaurants, comfortable home with a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy when not at the beach.

Property is everything it says it is. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. Great location. Bring all kitchen useables such as garbage bags, tinfoil ect. as there were none left by previous vacationers. Hosts were very accessible and responsive.

The house is in a great location. It's recently remodeled and very clean. The pool and patio area were a welcome relief after a great day at the beach which is only a few blocks away. Overall, we loved the house and would come back again without hesitation.

We had a great time staying at this house. We have previously always stayed at larger condos with pools, lazy rivers, etc. but decided to try something different. We were not disappointed with the change. The house was very nice with nice furnishings. The pool and gathering area outside was fantastic. The privacy was great and we spent most of our time hanging out there. We preferred the time spent at the house outside rather than on the beach. Meredith was very responsive to any question we had. We look forward to going back!

Property was absolutely amazing. Rooms are very spacious, bathrooms are upgraded and all furnishings are very comfortable. Outdoor space well lit, multiple locations to relax in the sun or in the shade. Properly very well maintained. Host is very communicable and helpful and quick to respond. By far one of the top places I have stayed. Couldn’t ask for anything more relaxing

Property was VERY clean, kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil needed if you wanted to cook, bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. We love this home and would definitely book here again. Quiet community and very relaxing. I almost forgot how amazing the pool area and the seating underneath the home was. We only had 4 people in our party but this home will take care of 12 comfortably. Enjoy as we did.

Great property! Short walk to stores and beach. Quiet and safe neighborhood area. My kids even used the pool (cold but the day was warm). Toilet seat is loose in the bathroom and refrigerator has some parts needing replacing but minor inconveniences that didn’t impede our enjoyment! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

This house was perfect for our family and friends that vacationed with us. The house has a perfect layout for multiple families and was spotless and so clean! We came 2 weeks after hurricane Ian and you’d never know it hit the house at all. It was 3 blocks from the beach which was still plenty close and a very short walk. Grocery stores within walking distance and surrounded by beautiful houses. The pool was perfect for the 3 kids!

This is definitely one of the nicest/cleanest beach houses Ive stayed in. The owner was very nice and was trying to resolve a cable TV issue even before we arrived. When the cable guy came, he discovered the remotes had been switched. LOL. The only issue I had was all the noisy construction going on, but you cant help that. I hope this place will be available for my next vacation.

This property was perfect for our family. The outdoor area was fabulous for our littles and our dogs. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. A bit of a long walk to the beach with little ones so I would recommend a golf cart and we were very happy to have one. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Meredith for a perfect vacation. We hadn’t been away with our grandchildren yet, this was the first trip. Truly meant the world to have everyone happy from adults to our Lucy girl (who was most happy with the golf cart, she is 1).

Our family met from different parts of the US to celebrate. We had a wonderful week at this VRBO and will definitely consider it again for future vacations. Our host was very prompt with getting back to us and overall our stay was great! Our beds were comfortable and the porches on both front and back gave us plenty of room to spread out.
The outside living area was convenient by the pool. The second refrigerator located in the downstairs pool area kept our beer and soda ice cold.

The property was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The pool was a definite plus. Meredith was quick to respond to questions. The houses are close together, as it is in most beach communities, but our neighbors were all respectful and very friendly. We would definitely rent again.
