Excellent location with wonderful views

The property could do with a bit of TLC , some areas are looking a bit tired and the finish of some of the interior is disappointing.

I loved the location of the flat. You are right in the middle of everything and have a fantastic view. The flat has a great size and is very comfortable. I already recommended it to my friends.

The only thing that could be updated would be the taps in the bathroom. To make it one single tap, not the old 2 little taps where you either burn yourself or freeze.

Heating was set a little low on arrival

Breakfast was good with cereal available each morning. I topped it up from the local shop with orange juice and croissants.

Walked into a freezing apartment Heating not working properly. Thermostat not working. couldn’t control the heating

The decor, the veiw and the cleanliness! And the location was a perfect walk away from the centre with out being on top of it!

Only 3 tea spoons, and cheap cutlery! Oh and advice on how to use dishwasher as took ages to figure it out! Lol

Good location., comfortable beds and sofas.

Location, size of flat, sea view.

Both shower hoses were broken. Had to insist they be mended - not a pleasant experience. Little things like providing a kitchen roll, washing up liquid, disinfectant wipes and a few dishwasher tablets would have made a big difference to our stay.

Lights all working Kitchen updated especially the cooker Lounge seating very uncomfortable

Kitchen feels quite dark and occasional noise from upstairs and rear of the property.

One of the beds was ridiculously noisy and uncomfortable, this limited my ability to sleep 😣 The shower leaked over the floor

Spacious apartment, great views of the seafront. Location good for town and beach. Nice having a balcony.

Lift didn't work. Big issue for 77yr old mother with arthritis. Made massive difference to her stay. Bathroom door stiff didn't shut properly, stair carpet leading to kitchen loose and showing carpet grip. Beds uncomfortable and very squeaky. Guests in number 5 very noisy, tv blaring out music for two days continuously couldn't hear our tv, kids screaming and shouting. Upstairs had children staying, very noisy running about screaming and banging. Music thumping out in another apartment on first night. Very noisy in the street with drunks screaming. Understand noise not Beach Combers fault but made some of our experience very unpleasant and not relaxing as we had hoped.

The best room in the apartment by far is the living/dining room it has amazing sea views and is so bright and beautifully decorated and furnished in pretty pastels and has a large french window that opens onto a small balcony which was my first port of call every morning with a nice cup of coffee! The location is good too because it’s situated in the middle of Hastings so to the left you have The old town and to the right you have St Leonard’s

No mirrors or dressing tables in the bedrooms?? So very inconvenient for makeup and hair drying. No working lift so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared for two flights of stairs Balcony needed a sweep (nub ends)

The location was good and having two bathrooms was a bonus!

No TV tuned in and you had to add all channels manually!!! yourself with codes and set up accounts. Someone came into the flat whilst we were out without notifying us first. Very unprofessional and I have never experienced this before - a polite text message or email would have been appreciated. We enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences we had whilst staying at the apartment. Our friends said their bed was uncomfortable - creaked with every move, however, our bed was comfortable. I could NOT CHANGE the 5.0 rating provided of my account on this review and I would personally give this accommodation a 3.0 RATING.

The location is fab and the provisions in the apartment are perfect. It’s spacious and we had a lovely time.

The beds are squeaky and the mattresses need replacing.

Small uncomfortable bed

Fantastic location. Right on sea front with lovely view and very close to lots of restaurants, pubs and coffee bars. Flat was clean and much larger than expected.

Heating was quite hard to control. Flat sometimes felt too warm.
