The location was perfect! The views were beautiful and close to the sea and Trogor. Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. Robert was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Good view from the apartment we were in - would not have been that good from lower floors. Obviously recently built or fully refurbished.
We thought it was closer to Old Trogir, which was about half an hour away by boat ferry. Probably our mistake.

Superb place and very service minded owner. He was waiting for us when we arrived, helped us carry the luggage, and showed us around the apartment and property.
And when the taxi we had booked to the airport didn't show up, we called him at 7.30 in the morning, "begging" for help. Less than 10 minutes later a new taxi arrived.

We had a really relaxing stay at Villa 23. The apartment and all the premises (incl. pool) are very clean and well equipped, furniture and technical devices are new and work well. Beds and sunbeds are very comfortable.
The view from the balcony is stunning, loved lying on the sunbed watching the sun go down on the nice croatian sea.
The apartment is only about three minutes away from the beach, supermarket, bakery, etc. but it is still very quiet at night. I can totally recommend Villa 23.
Nothing to complain about.
