We have stayed at this property before and it was just as great this time as the first. The location is nice for venturing out and exploring from. Very peaceful and quiet, with wonderful views. My adult children love this location as well:)

The condo is in a beautiful area, overlooking the mountains. It was very clean and suited our needs well. The walk out basement seemed a little damp from humidity, but it was fine. We slept upstairs and I was on what appeared to be a futon, but it was comfortable. Plenty of fans in the condo to make it comfortable to sleep in the summer. The pool areas (indoor and outdoor) were very nice, with a hot tub and pool for adults only as well. There are a number of food options and grocery stores nearby. We went to the Hannaford in Plymouth (less than 15 min. drive), but there may be some closer. The owner left four passes for the clubhouse, which was great....otherwise you need to pay to use the facility.

The condo is ok.The basement bedroom is damp and smells musty.Had to kill spiders down there.We had the address to the complex but not the apt.number.Luckily we saw someone that lived there and she pointed us in the right building.Want other people know you have to turn the water on.Have to do breaker for hot water.Put on the sheets yourself.

Everything was clean and organized. We stay in the area every year and this has been our favorite rental. Plenty of space and the box fans keep the house cool on hot days. We will certainly return next year and I even hope to stay again this year!

Bill is very responsive to bookings. The place is nice with a great view. I am not sure about the neighbors as the place beside the unit were renting also. But the people we met were fun. This unit is on the end and offered plenty of parking. I do wish the bedroom on the bottom floor offered a king bed instead of 2 twins but it still worked. The unit could use a little updating.
The location is nice. We used it as a starting point of many motorcycle adventure rides. It also has a few restaurants, brewery, grocery store and old school arcade (talk about going down memory lane) in a very short distance.
All in all, I enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to others.

My husband, kids and I loved this property. Bill is a great host, the condo is spacious, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and felt like home. View is incredible. The clubhouse pool and arcade were a hit with our kids. And the Campton Mountain restaurant/lodge was a great place to go on a Friday or Saturday night, good food and great entertainment. We will definitely be back.

We needed a place to accommodate our family while attending a wedding in Waterville Valley. This rental was ideal for us all. There were two children who enjoyed the bunk beds and six adults. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the large windows in the main room was incredible (especially since we were there at the peak on the foliage). Having passes to the fitness center was a bonus to have a place to swim and workout. This rental is located near lots of hiking, attractions, and scenic drives which makes it an ideal base camp. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions. We did know that the futon was located in an open area overlooking the kitchen but had privacy (its own door), but it was on the small size to accommodate two adults.

Great sunset views on back porch in end unit, rolling hills of green are picture perfect. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and extras like games, books, even umbrella! This location was a great jumping off point for family activities like The Flume, Polar Caves, Town of Lincoln & Woodstock. Poor weather kept us from The Cog RR this time. Owner was prompt and courteous. A bit musty in the lower level but would rent here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were in town for the PSU graduation and the location was ideal. The condo was clean and had all the listed amenities. Ski trip
We had a wonderful stay at this property for our short ski trip! The place was clean, beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive. Our only bummer was the indoor hot tub was broken at the clubhouse. We would highly recommend this place and would love to come back for a hiking trip this summer!

Excellent Value
We loved our weekend stay at the condo. It was very clean and well cared for. It slept all of us comfortably and had everything we needed and more. The view was incredible. Right off the highway and pretty central to all that NH has to offer.

There was a downstairs with two bedrooms to room multiple people and a bathroom with a shower and then on the third level a full bathroom and two rooms, one of them being the loft that overlooks the kitchen. I did notice that the temperature difference was a significant between the bottom level which was cold and the top level which was really hot. You have to put your own sheets on the beds as well. There was also a lot of tiny Bugs in the house hiding in the curtains and downstairs there was a lot! When we arrive the shower upstairs also had hair all caked onto the bottom of the shower I’m assuming from the previous person who came. Other than those things it was nice. At the clubhouse there are a lot of different pool options but unfortunately the game room was closed due to renovations.

Cozy condo that can handle quite a few people
All was very good. Aside from the main bedroom, the sleeping accommodations are set up for a lot of people, with bunk beds in one room, 2 singles in one room, and a futon in a loft room that overlooks the kitchen. Everything is somewhat dated, but clean and serviceable. The views are beautiful. The only slight knock is that the pools/clubhouse is quite a distance away. Walkable, but I would drive personally.

Condo Sweet Condo
A sweet 4 BR 2 BA condo in Waterville Valley Estates, with WiFi TV, and in unit laundry was great for our 3 generation family. The Community Center includes pools, fitness room and more. But it’s not in walking distance and doesn’t open until 10 am.
