Bed is comfortable

Cold shower 3 days in a row. Response from property slow. Had to text several times to get a response. Then, I was told to "turn the handle the opposite direction. "... like it's assumed I didn't try that in the first place. I wa then offered a discount to compensate for the hot water situation, but to date, I haven't had a reply honoring that offer Walls are paper thin. This was the second time I had been staying here. Drug users in the parking lot are getting worse... won't be back.

La chambre est moderne et confortable, elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires (frigo, micro ondes...) La salle de bain est propre et moderne, la douche fonctionne bien, le double vasque dans la salle de bain est pratique. L'hôtel est bien placé pour visiter Fort Lauderdale si vous avez une voiture.

Nous n'avions pas reçu les éléments pour faire le checkin du coup nous ne pouvions pas rentrer dans l'hôtel, j'ai dû passer 15 min au téléphone pour donner mes informations et enfin recevoir les codes d'accès à la chambre et à l'hôtel. De plus les chambres sont très mal insonorisés, nous avions l'impressions que les autres occupants des chambres voisines étaient dans la même pièce que nous car nous les entendions parler et tousser. Enfin nous avions une porte qui donnait sur un couloir qui desservait d'autres chambres de l'hôtel... très inquiétant de savoir que les autres occupants pouvait se retrouver derrière cette porte... Et il y a beaucoup de gens qui traînent dans le quartier proche de l'hôtel

I had a issue with the entrance lock but it was a first time, otherwise it was a formidable time

Did not care for location. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is nice the location seem secluded and not well visible street lights.

The access code process it took about 30-to an 1 hour to finally upload information needed

The rooms were clean. Air con didn’t perform and wouldn’t go below 76 degrees.

The entire check in process is remote. You’re given a link to a site to fill in personal information, take photos of your driver license, plus take a selfie to upload and reenter your credit card info. Then your directed to a link to download an app called JRNY to give you access to your room. The app never worked as “error, unable to connect to server” kept appearing. It took half an hour to get a hold of a live person. This hotel has no checkin desk or staff on site. It’s all done remotely. A 150 refundable deposit is place on my card until checkout. A day after I checked out a get a message they made a “mistake” and that they forgot to include the cleaning fee so they were only going to partially refund the 150. I booked through bookingcom and there was no mention of a no. Refundable cleaning fee. I’m disputing the charge. Never will I stay here again!!!!
