On a river, lots of common deck space.
Parking was quite a hike, 0.44 r/t walk from the hotel. The route was half sidewalk and half dirt path. Totally unacceptable. Valet parking available for extra $15/day.

It is the perfect beach hotel. The grounds, room, and amenities were perfectly suited and manicured.
There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast was great. Room was nice size.
View from my room, having balcony was good, but just saw the road and old factory. room was nice but missing a stool or another shelf in the shower. A place to put personal shampoo or cleaner. I didn't care of Tommy Bahas stuff. Drink machine would not take any of the 10 , 1 dollar bills , went to front desk, drinks were 4 dollar for 1 20oz? only 2 in machine? Not sure i cared for valet, parking lot was right beside the hotel, could walk to my vehicle faster than waiting for them. I know sometimes there was alot of check in and outs at the same time. would save on congestion.

breakfast superb as always. Entire staff incredibly nice and helpful.
parking issue is bothersome. I would gladly pay $ 15 per day, but prefer not to call valet service everytime I want to leave.
So much wasted space on property that should be a parking lot. Did not feel comfortable parking in remote at night.

bedrooms are beautiful but a bit small; because the bathroom is huge is for the overall size of the room.
The pool wasn’t opened (winter)

The location was excellent.
The beds were exceptionally uncomfortable. They were literally lumpy and definitely too high. The restaurant, 34 degrees, that is associated with the hotel is far overrated.

the facility is gorgeous. we ate in the restaurant 6 times and the food was delicious.
I believe our rooms should be attended to daily for the money we pay. I had to ask for everything we needed. I was charged for 2 cups of coffee $6.00 for refills to my coffee I got in the lobby. why?

Hotel is in a beautiful location. Has a great water view. All the staff was very attentive. The restaurant food was great.

From the moment you pull up you are greeted with an amazing crew of helpers helping with luggage, parking your car and answering questions.

Great location and very comfortable and good looking room.
self parking is slightly far away (a few minutes walk) but the valet is reasonably priced and extremely convenient so I'm not complaining too much.

If we didn't want to pay $15/day extra for valet parking, we had to walk a quarter mile to a dirt lot.
Our view from our balcony was the parking lot we were not allowed to park in.
