Easy communication with Julia and the house had everything we needed.

I had reservations about a mobile home vacation rental located in a mobile home park. However, I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! The mobile home park is well kept & the vacation rental property was very clean, roomy & peaceful. It was a perfect base for exploring Asheville & the surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable & the area was very quiet. Julia always responded to my messages promptly, although I didn’t really need to communicate with her much because the check in & out instructions were clear & I had no issues with the property. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The location of this property is excellent for touring both the Asheville area and the Blueridge Parkway. It's clean, comfortable and convenient. Julia is a great host.

Adventuresome four-week stay in a clean and well-equipped 2/2 manufactured home -- safe and secure as an older woman traveler in the Western North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. Property Manager was responsive to questions and requests. I recommend the "Cozy Cruise Inn - Retreat Near the Blue Ridge Parkway" to other(s) seeking "nearby Asheville location" with safety, lovely view, access to Blue Ridge mountains and access to downtown Asheville and surrounding areas.

My husband and I stayed here four nights while visiting Asheville. We were very happy with it! Julia is a wonderful host. If you want somewhere clean, comfortable and accommodating without paying for unnecessary luxuries or frills, this is your spot. Thoughtfully furnished with basic appliances, including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Took us only 10-15 minutes to drive to great dinner spots and attractions in Asheville, including the Biltmore, and Blue Ridge Parkway is right around the corner.

The CozyCruise Inn was a great find! It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were of top quality. I’ve never slept better! The owner quickly answered any questions we had. The location was easily accessible to The Parkway, Biltmore Estate and Village and most anywhere you want to go. Biscuit Head in West Ashville did not disappoint. It’s worth the wait!

We had a great stay. The place was very clean. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The home was cozy and inviting.

This trailer is so spacious and clean. We watched the sunrise over the mountains and enjoyed the peace and quiet of this area. But its so close to everything that we didn't feel like we were far away from the sites and activities that we wanted to do in and around Asheville.

The host is great to work with and if you have any questions, Julia is quick to respond. Easy access to main roads, quiet, super place for a quiet retreat.

This property is well taken care of and very clean.

It was a great location and a nice trailer. It was on a lot of its own so it seemed more private then being in a trailer park. My children loved the fact that it was so close to the Outlet Mall. We will definitely use it again when visiting Asheville

We loved it! Yes it’s a mobile home but it was clean and comfortable and convenient to Asheville. A hotel would’ve been a lot more expensive and not nearly as cozy! We were traveling with another couple. No complaints whatsoever!!!!

The place was nice and quiet, relaxing, but very convenient to down town and the Biltmore.

This is our 2nd stay with julia, 1st time in this vrbo, but the same in both! The places are always very clean, well stocked with starter supplies, quite and julia is just a message away if u need her. The check in process is so easy. We love having a washer and dryer as it allows us to spend an extra day there and not have to come home early to get laundry done. You will not be disappointed staying at any of Julia's locations. We can't wait to go back next year. I only wish she had more places at other locations because I sure would stay there too.

Julia was an amazing host. She was easy to get ahold of and provided a great property for us to stay at. It had ALL of the things you could think of to stay at a home away from home. From extra garbage bags, toiletries, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, k-cups for the coffee maker, and cold half and half cups waiting for us in the fridge. We felt so comfortable and cozy in this sweet little cottage and had plenty of room for our family of 3. We could’ve even had another couple stay with us and had enough room. Everything was super clean and there was nothing that we could’ve used that wasn’t provided. If we ever make our way to this area again, we will definitely stay here again!

Oct 2019 New mobile home with delightful furnishings. Somewhat rustic setting with great access to restaurants, Art District, downtown and other sites. Wonderful host & easy communications. Great for 1 - 4 w 2 queen beds.

I've rented from Julia many times over the last year. I've stayed at 2 of Julia's homes and both were very clean, plenty towels, and utensils etc.. The location, price, and friendliness of Julia makes this a great place if your visiting the Asheville area.

My tennis team made it to states and this property was perfect for me and a couple teammates!! Very clean, great location and awesome hospitality!!

Location is super clean and only 10 mins from DT Asheville. The owner is friendly and provides everything you need.
