Spacious 2nd Floor Flat
Cet appartement est un 1600 SF plat, une entrée sécurisée séparée avec parking dédié hors rue. Il y a une cuisine complète avec un grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Une salle à manger séparée a beaucoup de sièges. L'appartement dispose de 4 chambres: trois chambres avec un lit queen avec un matelas moelleux et une 4ème chambre avec un lit superposé / superposé avec des matelas Serta. Les draps sont plus doux disponibles pour vous dorloter loin de chez soi et extra ferme ou des oreillers moelleux sont disponibles dans les chambres. Des oreillers supplémentaires sont disponibles dans les placards de la chambre. La salle de bain a une baignoire sur-dimensionné bain à remous pour votre plaisir. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 107 cm et d'une grande aire ouverte pour s'asseoir. Il y a la climatisation centrale pour les jours chauds de l'été. La propriété dispose également d'un grand gazebo avec une table, des chaises et une balançoire, d'un barbecue (voir propriétaire avant utilisation).

We had a wonderful time at this amazing and huge apartment. Everything was as described plus the BANANA NUTBREAD left by the host was delicious. We were close to anything but far enough away from life. We will stay here again when visiting the college and the falls again very soon!

March in Buffalo can be wild weather. This rental had plenty of hot water, HVAC and very comfy beds. This was our third stay and it is always quiet, clean and very well located. Our host always takes great care of us.

This was the best Air B & B we have ever stayed at. The owner was very accommodating and provided little personal touches like helping us carry our bags, and left us homemade banana bread and breakfast items for us! Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were very good sized! Would definitely stay here again!

This unit was perfect for our trip up from Maryland for a family event. Plenty of room and cozy and comfy. The fresh banana bread was delicious and the kitchen well stocked, which was unexpected and pleasant surprise! We will definitely stay here next time we come up for a more leisurely visit when we aren't rushing around to obligations and can enjoy the unit and the gardens - which looked beautiful!

This was our 2nd time staying here. The kitchens in both units were very dirty and there was moldy coffee in the coffee pot when we arrived. When we spilled water on the kitchen floor and wiped it up, the paper towel was black. We didn't say anything when we arrived, but when the owner texted me about something after we left, I expressed how dirty the kitchens were and the moldy coffee. He maintained they were spotless before we arrived. He also accused us of some things that make me think he has hidden cameras in the house. Will not stay again.

Steve was a great host even as our dates and group number changed prior to our arrival. Steve responded in a very timely manner to all our inquiries. Parking was right across the street from the unit. We used his garage to assemble and securely store our bikes. The fourth bedroom was a plus when we had a last minute addition to our group. Would stay here again when we get back to the Buffalo area in the future.

We stayed here while moving our son to college in nearby Hamburg, NY. Pat and Steve were awesome hosts, they were very responsive and helpful. They left us homemade bread, orange juice, and eggs. The location for us was great, close to Buffalo, Niagra Falls, and Hamburg.

Excellent communication, welcoming and comfortable environment.
We were very happy with our stay. Everything was well cared for and as described (or better). Honestly the pictures don't do the property justice, it is very nice inside. The hosts were excellent, very responsive, kind and thoughtful. We did a day trip into Niagara Falls, and a day trip to Woodlawn State Park, both were easily accessible from the location. Highly recommend.

Felt Very Much At Home
Very spacious and comfortable. Many extra touches and attention to detail (fresh made banana bread, games, books, kitchen supplies, soaps, etc... Attentive hosts. Nice rose garden parking lot right across the street from accomodations. We would like to return to the area in the future to explore more and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen
The most important aspect of renting a home instead of a hotel for us is having a working kitchen to feed a big family. The property was well-stocked with baking dishes, pots, pans, a collander, cutting board, knives that were sharp enough to cut vegetables, and tons of plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. The owners even even left some breakfast items and coffee for us. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable and the living room area was a nice place to sit together and play chess. The home was very clean as well. People with mobility issues should know that the only shower is into a very tall-sided jacuzzi bath tub (higher than my knees) that my 7-yr-old had difficulty getting into. The kids loved the jacuzzi though - it's not something they'd ever encountered before on our travels.

What a wonderful 3 day stay at Steve's place in Lackawanna. Steve's communication was thorough. He was there to greet us upon arrival and quickly show us the apartment and answer questions. The apartment is very large and wonderfully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice!!!!. The apartment was meticulous. The added touches such as home made banana bread, refreshements, breakfast items and area brochures were the icing on the cake. This will become an annual trip for us. See you next year Steve. Great Stay
My family really liked this property. Apartment was bigger than I expected. There was plenty of room for the entire family. The owners provided snacks and some breakfast food items which was great. The beds all slept well and there was plenty of hot water for all 5 of us!

Great parking lot across the street with lovely garden and tables/chairs/swing to relax and have a drink.
Absolutely gorgeous and very spacious apartment…the size of a small house!
3 of the bedrooms have queen beds!! The 4th bedroom are bunks and great set up for kids!
Dinn no ing room and kitchen beautiful….a freshly baked loaf of banana bread on the dining table was delish!! Loved this touch!
Large bathroom was perfect for us!
Loved the decor…the hosts are travelers and so enjoyed that they have shared their southwest travels with their guests.
The night sky on the ceiling in the living room was extra special and a wonderful “find” in the apartment!! We loved it!!!
We were home visiting family, but plenty of info in the foyer for things to do and places to eat in the area.
Steve was super easy to communicate with and always promptly responded to my questions.
It’s a 5 star review, but if I could give more stars I would!!!
We look forward to staying there again when we come home to the Buffalo area.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures - it’s very clean and spacious and comfortable. Our family of four (w/two young adult children) had a great week here. We’ve stayed in house and apartment rentals all over the world, and I can honestly say we’ve never had better or more thoughtful hosts than Steve and Pat.

Fantastic place, great host and great location
The property was spacious, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Steve met us and gave us a walk through the apartment and provided fresh banana bread and well stocked cupboards and refrigerator. It was nicely furnished with nice amenities. Parking was extremely convenient with the lot just across the street. Steve was a great host and I hope to stay here again on future trips to Buffalo.

Comfortable
Absolutely no complaints. This condo is on a street corner so there is some traffic noise. I live in the middle of nowhere so I am not used to town noises but I had no problem sleeping. Quick response to all email correspondence.
