Beautiful rooms and dining area. Very comfortable. The food and hot beverages were delightful. Alison was very accommodating and well exceeded our expectations for a one night stay. Would highly recommend!

The host Alison was very welcoming and called to check our arrival. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lovely old house carefully restored with modern bathrooms and other amenities. Separate seating areas with great pleasant views of the garden. Very quiet and private. Was travelling with my elderly mother so Alison selected rooms in the same wing of the house for convenience.
I loved it all. Great location for a family function in Lorn.

Our stay was exceptional! I love supporting small businesses and this one is now my favourite getaway spot. Thanks to Allison -our wonderful host, who accommodated us last minute. Whilst watching the horses grazing in the far fields, we just didn't want to get going!
The room had lovely Victorian style decor which we adored and everything we needed plus more. Plenty of facilities and the garden had a lovely feel to it with beautiful flowers and features.
We were absolutely stuffed full after a hearty breakfast, Maddie's of Bolwarra place is fit for a king! (queen)

We were welcomed from the moment we got out of our car. The ladies who ran the bed and breakfast were friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay lovely.
The breakfast was huge and delicious. They also catered for my gluten-free diet, including a delicious slice on arrival. We left feeling like we'd been with friends. We thoroughly recommend Maddie's ❣️
No fan in the bathroom...a minor detail.

Charming guest house and the stand out feature was the staff. Host Alison and her team were brilliant and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they clearly put a lot of care into their guest house and coffee shop.

This is a beautiful maintained building with loads of character. Lovely furnishings, great bath and facilities. relaxing surrounds and friendly staff. I had to do some work while there and the wifi etc were reliable. Nice breakfast
Everything was beautiful, I personally would like small touches like to be able to make a cup of tea in my room in the morning without getting dressed and going into the dining room, but there were no facilites. It is very peaceful setting in the main house suites and noise carries well with the floorboards and high ceilings so young families or those wanting a more boisterous time may wish to consider the more cabin oriented facilities

Allison was very welcoming and upgraded me to a room with a private bathroom which was greatly appreciated!
The added free snack area was a welcome surprise, I travel a lot for work and am used to paying for anything extra but being able to have a fresh baked cookie and a cuppa at the end of the day was fab.

Thank you to Allison and the team. I extended my stay twice because of work and it was no trouble, even with other bookings and juggling of spaces. My dog Rigby and I were so welcome and well looked after! Amazing breakfast and very very comfortable rooms. Looking forward to visiting again!

The rooms are amazing and roomy, the beds are super comfy and the welcoming reception from everyone is just lovely.
