Cette maison est idéale pour une famille ou des groupes d'amis souhaitant séjourner au cœur de Blenheim. Il est proche de la ville et des nombreux établissements vinicoles que Marlborough a à offrir.
La rue Percy est une rue de banlieue tranquille à quelques pas du supermarché Countdown ou du centre-ville. La propriété est bien aménagée et meublée. Toutes les chaînes Freeview et Netflix sont disponibles sur le téléviseur. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont à aire ouverte et les bifolds s’ouvrent sur la terrasse arrière et le jardin.

Full marks for this lovely old house which has been fully modernized. Rooms are huge, kitchen modern and well equipped. The backyard is lovely with greenery and a big comfortable deck area - we loved the fantails flitting about. And in a quiet neighbourhood as well! We could happily have stayed here longer than our three nights, and would love to return should we pass through Blenheim in the future.

Lovely property, large rooms, great outdoor space, and has everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping but still in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend!

We had the most relaxing stay in this bach. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were on holiday. The garden was beautiful and neat and tidy. The house was gorgeous and fully equipped from clean fresh linen to any utensil and crockery etc needed in the kitchen. The house was super clean!! The owner was always an email away to ask and answer questions. I highly recommend this Bach!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous spacious home! Beautifully presented throughout. Lovely and warm and comfortable in all respects. Fab location - easy walking distance to Countdown and town. Great communication. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

A very nicely appointed house (a California bungalow retaining best details, with an updated kitchen); good decor and well heated with big living dining area and a beautiful landscaped back garden with patio, too. In a good quiet neighbourhood. One minor detail that needs attention is the lock on the french doors. Cheers, MikeRitchie

The house was terrific, walking distance to town, will definitely stay here again. It is a huge house and could easily take another bed, we were 4 singles, there were 3 great queen beds, my sister and I shared one of those.
Always worry about giving a great rating as will be harder to book next time we want it!

We loved this home and wish could have stayed longer to enjoy the ambience and relaxation provided here. The lounge room looks out upon a beautiful garden which would be lovely to enjoy in warmer weather.

24 Percy St was a wonderful base for a weekend in Blenheim. A lovely, clean and homely place with everything you could need! A quick stroll into town for coffee makes it even better!
