Great location, lovely view, perfect for 4 senior aged ladies. Well stocked kitchen and cushions to use on the dining room chairs. Nice area for playing games and plenty of full bathrooms for our showers after walking on the beach.

The property was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was with the e-lock. It worked with my code the first time we entered and then locking up when we left for dinner. Upon returning, the lock did not work. I was on the phone for over 35 minutes with Meredith Lodging. The young woman I spoke with asked me 4 times to tell her what happened and did not immediately send a maintenance worker out to fix the lock. She finally gave me the code to the manual key lock, and I was able to access the house through the garage. A maintenance worker showed up about 45 minutes later. The e-lock needed the batteries replaced then had to be reset. Extremely frustrated! Would prefer not to deal with this company again!

This property is very close to the beach access and has a great view from the house. It is an older property but very clean. Great set up for multiple families with children. With garage has enough parking for four vehicles. Large table in dining area big enough for 10 people for meals or playing games. Two living areas with tvs.

This house was perfect for our girls' weekend! It's close to Chinook Winds and the casino has a free shuttle that picked us up and drove us back.
The pictures are accurate and the beds are comfortable. In addition to 4 bedrooms, there are 2 large couches downstairs that were comfortable to sleep on. The water pressure is decent.
The home is very well laid out and well stocked. Parts of the home have been updated (flooring, livingroom area, etc.) but other parts are really dated (cupboards, dining room furniture, etc.) -- although this didn't bother us.
Our group had a wonderful weekend together, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in the house. However, only 2 windows/ door contain screens. So bugs and moths got in the house and it became very stuffy (no AC). The garage had a hole in the roof the upstairs shower was leaking into a bucket. The passcode for the door does not work until 5pm sharp. The basement bed frame was not secure and we had to put it together. We did not spend much time in the house. But it did the job.

Decent place
The location of this property is excellent. It's close to the beach and close to hwy 101. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the property but would recommend some upgrades.
The downstairs bed is terrible. It sags in the middle and was depressing knowing my husband and I were stuck sleeping on it for a week. Also, the bedding is terrible. The kitchen is poorly stocked with junk cookware. The dining room table is ok but the dining chairs are falling apart. There are only 4 chairs on the deck, one of them being rusted so bad it was falling apart. The refrigerator is a dinosaur, no ice maker, needs upgraded. We could never figure out how to work the downstairs TV. There's 4 remotes but not one for the TV. From the beds, linens, kitchen supplies to the decor, it's as if everything was picked up at a yardsale.

Good for groups
It started off in a bad note when neither the keypad or backup key worked snd we were unable to enter the house. We called the property management team and Jacqueline had someone out within 10 minutes to repair the problem and she followed up later on to make sure we were doing ok. Good customer service!. The house and furnishings were a little “tired” and some minor maintenance should be done, but it was clean and everything worked and each of the three couples had their own full bath in, or adjacent to their bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, the view was good snd the furniture adequate for our group. I would rent it again.

Great home for a group.
While it's not beach front, you can still hear the ocean from the balcony. Only negative would be there is is no cupboard space for food stuffs. Recommend bringing extra pots/pans and spices. All in all a great stay and will be booking it again.

Lovely home with everything we needed
Lovely home with tons of space to come together as family but also spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, the view from the deck was breathtaking, and it was a short (though hilly) walk down to the beach.

Very comfortable
The house was perfect for our group. 6 adults and plenty of room for us to move around and not be on top of each other. Living room downstairs was great for watching football and movies. The sliding door to the deck takes alot of muscles to open and close. The veiw from the deck is amazing. Communication with property management is excellent. We will definitely be coming back.

Beach Getaway
Prefect place for our 2 daughters and their spouses to join us for a beach getaway. Location and the view was great and the close proximity of the beach access. We couldn’t of been happier. Next time we want a family beach getaway we definitely stay again.

Broken chairs, dirty windows
Had 4 broken chairs. All windows dirty. Had to clean patio doors. Rugs dirty. Towels in dryer. Never had a house I rented so dirty and had 4 out of 7 chairs broken. Blinds broken and missing in spots.

Nice view
The stay was pleasant overall, there was a yard just in front that worked well for our dogs, we all loved the balcony and the view of the sunset/beach. My only complaint would be the noise from the surrounding houses, there seemed to be a lot of late parties going on, fireworks at 2 am from the beach, cars peeling out down the beach front road late hours of the night. Maybe it was just this weekend.
