Cette belle unité de 3 BR est parfaite pour un couple qui ne veut pas se sentir encombré dans une chambre d'hôtel, deux couples en vacances ensemble ou des familles. Il est à seulement 17 km de l'aéroport international de Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood et à 32 km de l'aéroport international de Miami. A cinq minutes en voiture de la plage, à deux minutes des commerces et à 20 minutes de la vie nocturne de Miami Beach. Cette belle unité comprend une cuisine complète, un grand réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, un four complet, un four grille-pain, une cafetière, un moulin à café, un mélangeur, un hachoir, une chaudière à eau, un grille-pain, des ustensiles pour barbecue, de la vaisselle pour enfants et une laveuse pleine grandeur et séchoir. We had a blast staying at Aventura. The place was clean, comfortable and beautiful inside. No issues at all. The complex has great amenities like its pool and tennis courts. It’s also not too far from Aventura mall. The beach is also just a 5 minute Uber away (as are many restaurants too)

My brothers and I stayed at this property while celebrating my dads 87th Birthday - he lives in Mystic Pointe which is within walking distance to this property. It was clean and fit all 4 of us perfectly. The living room was comfortable and all the bedrooms were roomy. It had a washer and dryer and was equipped with pretty much everything one might need for a short stay. We were thankful for the umbrella as well. We will be back soon to visit and will definitely stay here again. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but both looked lovely. The staff was helpful and quite professional as well. They were working on the building next to ours so it did get really loud while they worked on the roof during the day but thankfully they didn’t work on weekends. Overall it’s a lovely place.

This property was clean and perfect setting for a family with young kids. The bedrooms are set up well to get the kids to sleep while adults can enjoy the balcony and living area. The beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and coolers make it so much easier for traveling families.

Perfect place to vacation with family. The area was great with lots to do nearby. The property was beautiful and well kept. We felt safe and very much at home. The condo was well equipped with everything you need, including umbrella and chairs for the beach along with coolers and pool noodles for the kiddos. Ricky was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond to answer texts and questions we had. Our whole family is sad to have to leave but we would come back to this property 100 times again! Thanks for an incredible stay and we look forward to returning in the future!

We are especially impressed by Mr Diaz availability on any issue and at any time or day, he was readily available on the phone even on a Sunday night and could help us out. We were astonished by his kind assistance at any time. The location of the unit is excellent and with a proper air conditioning, it was so nice to take turns beeing in the unit and hanging out in the heat at the pool area, which was clean and nice. The unit is very well equipped. Overall a great vacation at a very good place to stay. We will come back!

Fabulous Stay!
The Yacht club was amazing! Safe and nice area, close to shopping and downtown Miami. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! I would say this condo sleeps 5 adults comfortably. The two rooms with king size beds were very roomy. The office room with futon is really a bed for one or two small children. Our two teen girls slept in it and it was a tight fit. Parking on the 2nd floor of the ramp was perfect for our large SUV. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay
First of all, Ricky (property manager) was outstanding. He was always available for questions or requests. The location was quite beautiful. However, it’s not a quick walk to the beach as you have to cross over a busy causeway which specifically says “no pedestrians”. Also it was disappointing that we really didn’t have a view of the yacht club/harbour, as the ad implied. There was a lovely but very small landing where you could see some of the harbour.
The apartment was well equipped, right down to the laundry soap and bathroom toiletries and kitchen spices.
I think it might be time to improve the living room furniture. There were some holes in the back of the wicker couch and no other comfortable living room chairs.
The fridge door needs to be reversed so that it opens more conveniently. Kitchen tap leaks unless you fiddle to turn it off.
Beds are great!
The pool area was lovely with the BBQ area and hot tub. However a few too many rules which were inconsistently enforced

Great Place to Stay
This was a great place for our family to gather as we explored the Miami area. The condo, the building and the grounds were all very clean and well kept. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment is spacious and well laid out. The pool area, grill area and sundeck were very nice, and all the other guests that we met out and about were very friendly. If we had any issues, the property manager was quick to respond. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would recommend.

Relaxing week
Very gorgeous property. Loved having access to hot tub and pool. We walked along the three mile loop trail each day and night. Very clean and comfortable place. Will definitely rent again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Aventura
We just got back from a stay in Aventura- 3 adults and 2 kids. The condo is beautifully appointed, very clean and organized.
Communication with manager was excellent. The unit is on the 4th floor, building was quiet, we never heard any neighbors! Very short walk to the pool which is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen has everything you might need. Bright and sunny, beautifully furnished. It was a perfect getaway. Thank you!

Great location but apartment needs updating
The location on this property is great. And the communication with the rental property manager was outstanding. The reason for lower score on the apartment is because of its home furniture. It needs updating years ago, the washer and dryer were not operating properly. Some of my guest were complaining of very uncomfortable beds. There is no view of the marina or pool from this place, I don’t like that it’s worded in a way to make you believe everything is in eye sight from your balcony.

Excellent stay!
The condo was very cute and clean! We instantly felt at home here. There was plenty of space, with an open layout. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed for cooking meals. We really appreciated the beach towels and cooler, since those things are hard to pack. I would definitely book the condo again in the future!

The owner told us that the stains in the sheets were not washed out, and he claimed $340 for additional washing and new sheets. This is an highly overpaid extra cost. Despite the fact that nobody was there at our arrival to count all materials he demands a new sheet.Lousy overpaid service. Yacht club in a Aventura
Great property. Very comfortable. Easy trip with family. Parking and unit are very easy to access and maneuver. Ricky was great. Quick to respond and accommodate as needed. Very rare in Miami. Thank you Ricky. Only concerns I had were regards to the rules of the property. Truth is it’s COVID... catch 22. They are strict which is good. But all around a good trip. Looking forward to coming back again.

Just what I wanted
Amazing apartment!!!! Upon arrival at thensecurity gate, we had no issues! Everything was quick and easy and ready to go. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. The amount of sunlight from morning to evening was great. It was super clean and all the perks was amazing. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was VERY comfortable! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. There was a cooler and basketball as well as tennis rackets available. The pool was phenomenal! Laundry was readily available with complementary pods for use. Whenever we needed anything Ricky was quick to answer his phone and very easy to work with. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay
We had a great stay at this property. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were all available when we wanted to use them (with COVID restrictions we had to make reservations). Everything was clean and ready to go. Very easy to get into the complex and all the information from Ricky was very accurate. Very quiet complex. Kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit owner takes a large deposit and it’s obvious that they are using it to update their dated condo. The cheap pergo floor is floating up as you walk on it, the beds were old and very uncomfortable. Now looking at previous reviews I see that the things they are saying I broke were blamed by other people that already stayed there prior and also got blamed for something they probably did not do. Nice unit
We had everything we need (kitchen, beach stuff). The pool and the bbq area is very nice. Security is perfect also to access the site. When we arrive there have been a miss understanding with the cleaning lady so the unit have not been Clean. The owner have found a way to get the Cléaning done. They told me it was the first time it happen. Ricky the renter agent was not available When we arrive we had to deal directly with the owner.

Management: Ricky was excellent guiding through rental process & responding to questions & requests in a timely manner.
Property: Located in a gated complex, very safe & secure. The unit was very clean & orderly providing all that was needed for a comfortable stay including beach towels, chairs & coolers. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults that stayed in unit. Parking always available. Pool area beautiful, clean & well maintained.
Location: Located between Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood and Miami, near Aventura Mall and every restaurant, shop, pharmacy needed to supply your every need.
Aventura’s surrounded by well developed townships near turnpike and other major highways.
Definitely a place I’d consider staying again.

Great Location/Nice Pool Area/Kitchen Lacking Utensils
Apartment was in a beautiful gated community with a well-appointed pool and patio area with nice gas grills.Beds were comfortable and furniture was fine for our group of 5 adults. The only problem was that we like to cook and eat in and there weren't enough plates, cups and utensils in the kitchen.
