La maison comprend une grande cuisine ouverte et un salon, 2 chambres principales et un grand grenier et peut accueillir 12 chambres confortables et plus pour plus. Notre Frio Hideaway a un grand porche enveloppant où vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter du temps avec la famille et les amis ou simplement regarder les cerfs. WiFi, TV, fers à cheval, air hockey et il y a beaucoup de parking pour les grands groupes.

This was a great mini getaway from busy city of S.A. It was nice and quiet and the house was full of fun activities for our family trip. Thanks

We enjoyed to stay in this property. Everything was clean and a beautiful view.

We loved the house and the location of the house. It was great for big groups and cooking and very clean. The host was helpful and informative when I messaged. However, there are a few things I feel could be improved. There was no laundry detergent, basic cleaning supplies, or coffee. The beds had no sheets on them, we were responsible for making our own beds. There is not a trash service for the area, but I feel that should be compensated for in some way because not everyone is going to be able to bring a pickup. I had to put leaking trash bags in my brand new car to haul the trash off. No towels were provided, which is unusual. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay, these are just a few things I think could be improved, and that I had expected due to other experiences.

It had all the necessities and more. The wrap around porch and all the seating outside was great as well.
Concan can be a little different than other towns so the stay requirements were different, such as bring your own towels, soap, etc. it was all doable and we understood why.
Definitely good air condition which is saying a lot in 105 degree temps.
Appreciated the stay. It was around the corner to another rental where our family reunion was held, so location was great.

Only 2 of our sons with children were able to join us. Great time sitting on the porch and watching deer. More than expected as a fully stocked home and spacious too.

Great location. Only downside was 12 people in 1 house for the weekend and no extra toilet paper! We had to run to the store to get some.

Wonderful place to stay. Very quiet and enjoyed the deer and other animals. The manager was very friendly and willing to help out in any way. Would definitely return.

This property was full of charm and was extremely welcoming. Comfortably slept 12 and we could have slept more if needed. The two master bedrooms were great for two adult couples and the upstairs was like a fun camp for all the kids! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils needed for your stay. There was ample parking and even some covered parking. We made great use of the air hockey table and horseshoes! The Main master has a beautifully redone walk-in shower. WiFi and roku televisions made our stay very convenient since we don’t get service with Verizon in any of the Garner/Concan area. The owners Mike & Dwynette were very easily accessible and were very helpful with anything with simply texting since we had no service. Thank you so much! We hope to be able to book with you again!

Frio River Hideaway was the perfect place for our Memorial Day Weekend trip with our friends. It was the perfect size for our group! Loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch and watching the deer each morning and evening!! Definitely will be back!!!

The home is very nice and the size of the property allowed for all of our friends to have a place to park. Definitely sleeps 16! One day of our stay we had 30 folks to entertain for the day...didn't feel crowded at all! The huge wrap around porches are AWESOME! The Meadows are very easy to work with and were very responsive to email and text. If in the future we need a place to stay again in Concan. We will definitely try to catch an opening at the Frio River Hideaway!
