We have been coming up for the past 3 years. Perfect getaway for the fall … unplug and decompress!!!

The house was clean and virtually everything was as advertised. We used the house mainly as a base camp for day trips to outlying attractions and locations, but I think the location on the lake would be perfect for those who enjoy water sports, fishing, and the like.

Quiet and comfortable

Property is clean and taken care of. Nice to have a table and chairs on the deck to eat outside. Firepit is wonderful and wood was supplied which was very convenient. The boat lift on the dock was much appreciated. Towels and lines provided and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

This property met our needs perfectly for a long weekend of fishing. This cottage on the lake with a private dock and a boat lift for added security in being able to take my boat out of the water every evening. If you're a golfer, Eagle River Golf course is a walk across the street right at the end of the driveway. A great location and a 5 minute drive or boat ride to town. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed staying in this nice clean little cabin. The location is squeezed between two other houses but nice and quiet with the lovely lake at the foot of the property, and super easy to get into town and on the road to our various activities. We loved watching mama deer and her lively babies on the opposite shore while we ate breakfast in the breezy backyard. We would definitely come here again.

Great place to get away and relax

We had a good week. Beautiful weather for fishing everyday. The cabin was very clean. The bonus porch room was perfect for our dog. The waterfront access could be updated but we made good use of it anyways! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. There was lots of room for our dogs to play. Property was clean in a quite area close to everything we wanted to do.

This cottage was a perfect fit for our family. My two boys each had their own room with one in a bedroom and the other in the front room with a pull out and view of the golf course. They had a pass through window which was fun for them. The cottage is small but was perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. The location was ideal. My 11 year old son plays tournament golf and he played 81 holes over four days. He was able to walk over to the golf course for his round and to chip and putt or use the driving range. My other son, 9, caught over 25 pan fish from the dock over 5 days. He also brought in a 26” musky (our family’s first ever) and a 2lb smallie. We were able to swim off the dock. We had an amazing trip. The owners were fantastic, hospitable and very generous! This was our first time to Eagle River and we will definitely be back. My husband told me to book next year before we even left!

We enjoyed this little cabin on the river. It had a nice river view and the cabin was clean and comfortable. It was in a convenient location to the highway and restaurants. We highly recommend dining at Eddie B's White Spruce Inn, Kickback Grill and the Braywood.

Everything appeared clean, nice little place to stay for a few days. Really close to town with was really nice too.

We loved the location of the property. We were able to walk to the shops/restaurants downtown. Cabin was cozy and clean. Great heat! Clean! Quiet neighborhood.

Small but clean and what we expected.

Clean, well maintained, small. We were looking for a two night get-away just to sit at the fire, relax, and visit. That is what we got. Nothing fancy.

Overall experience was fantastic!

This place was perfect for our Labor Day weekend stay. The cabin is very cozy, cute, and clean. The yard is great for pets, and the location is convenient to everything. The owners are fantastic! We have a little maltese/shih tzu rescue who is very nervous around new people and other dogs. The owners were super sweet to her. Our dog even let them hold her! We definitely plan on returning.

Very clean and efficient. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes, pots and pans you could use. The refrigerator is full size and appreciated. Great fire pit with chairs, seperate deck with a nice patio set. The dock works well for parking the boat. Nice touch is that the owners provide bedding and bath towels. Nice to have ceiling fans and air conditioning if needed. Close to town.

This cabin was perfect for our mother/daughter getaway! Very clean. Great location, close to town yet still on the water. Owners were close by and attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again if I have 2-3 people in my party!

The cabin was close to the water and easy access to Yellowbirch Lake. Mary, the co-owner, was very welcoming! We really enjoyed our stay!

We love everything about this cozy cabin! We always find it clean and comfortable. The beds are great, appliances all very nice and kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. A five minute drive from the cabin gets you to a grocery store, and less than ten minutes gets you to downtown Eagle River for shopping fun. The site is beautiful. It has a nice deck with table and chairs, and a view of the lake, a really nice new fire pit with seating around it, and both a charcoal and gas grill. An easy walk down to the boat dock is even possible for my husband and me because the steps are sturdy and have a railing. My husband walks with a cane and we are both 73! Another plus for us is that pets are welcome because our Golden Retrievers are always with us! The hosts are friendly and available for help if needed. We’re already planning to return next year.

Cabin was very clean and well taken care of. Although we did not use the boat lift, it is handy for people who are planning on bringing a boat. Firewood was fully stocked and at our disposal. Patrick was very friendly and inviting towards us. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Every thing was good
