Marchez jusqu'à la plage! Cette beauté de deux étages a beaucoup de place pour toute la famille. Deux chambres au deuxième étage; une avec un roi et une avec un lit queen size. Le premier étage dispose de 2 chambres; une avec un lit Queen et l'autre chambre a 2 ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux (chambre avec lits superposés). Dans le couloir au premier étage, il y a un ensemble supplémentaire de couchettes intégrées. Les couchettes jumelles personnalisées sont équipées d'un éclairage LED ainsi que de stations de charge USB. Il y a une magnifique piscine communautaire et un bain à remous à votre disposition à seulement 30 pieds de votre porte d'entrée. Cet appareil est équipé d'un réseau MESH Internet sans fil WiFi puissant pour toute la maison. Il y a aussi des téléviseurs à écran plat HD dans chacune des chambres ainsi qu'un écran plat HD de 55 pouces dans le salon. Tous les téléviseurs ont des chaînes locales HD, plus de 50 chaînes câblées, chacune équipée d'un appareil de streaming ROKU. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend une cafetière KEURIG. Pas besoin d'emporter votre équipement de plage. Pour votre commodité, vous pouvez utiliser des vélos, un chariot de plage, un auvent de 10 x 10 pouces, des chaises de plage et plus de seaux, de pelles et de moules de château de sable que vous ne pourrez en utiliser. Overall I liked the place. The WiFi was spotty on the main tv in the living room. It worked fine on our phones and the other tvs so I think maybe something is wrong with that tv. There was a lot of pet hair. I don’t think you can get it all up when pets are staying often. I know this as I have an inside dog and cat, that I did not bring. I suppose the only reason I would give this place 4 stars is because there is only one towel per person. Even a hotel gives you 3 or 4 towels to shower with. Also. We brought our boat and it was very tricky getting it parked. There is nowhere to turn the truck and boat around, and it was just very difficult. If you are bringing your boat to Port A, you might want to stay somewhere else. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances all worked well. The AC was set to 75 and that was fine downstairs but upstairs it got hot. Especially when using the oven. Terri was very nice and helped with any questions I had. There were lots of games for the kids. It is definitely worth it to drive to the beach. The car beach parking is $12 bucks. Not terrible. If you stay at this place during August, you don’t want to walk in this heat, even though it’s not far at all. We rented a golf cart. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great! And it’s right next to the condo!

Terri was a phenomenal host! Quick with responses and very helpful. With the beach house being so close to the water, and a short drive to downtown Port Aransas, the location of the house is nothing short of amazing as well. I would definitley recommend this location to others!

Great location and quite area. easy walk to the beach, wagons were available for are use. pool was next door and clean. Had issue with AC called property managament and was fixed within the hour. Ample space for the family would use again.

Loves the house. Only suggestion would be to leave more trash bags, dishwasher soap, and seasoning for your guests.

The house was nice. Although upon arrival went to lay in one of the beds and was cut due to glass shards being on the bed everywhere. Fridge didn’t cool food/drinks right away arrived at 2pm and stuff didn’t cool till the next morning. Shower pressure in upstairs bathroom was very low. All the bikes in garage weren’t usable due to rusty chains or low air in tires. We had to kill 3 roaches that were in the house.

We had a great stay. The home is a quick 5m drive to the beach or you can also walk. The pool is super close and refreshing after a day at the beach.

Property was close to the beach and various restaurants. Inside of town home was spacious and had lots of room for everyone. Would definitely recommend this property.
Some of the extras in the garage need to be thrown away (ie rusted bikes, tar on boogie boards and broken sand toys)

The property has a good layout and is nicely decorated and well furnished. It’s near the shared pool, which was great. Walking distance to the beach, although using a rented golf cart was more convenient and fun when carrying stuff. The owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. We had a great time.

Overall a great stay. Pictures are a little deceiving. You can not see the beach from the house. You have about 10 min walk to the beach which isnt bad. You only get one section of the house pictured its split into 3 condos. Living room light didnt work. We had 12 people for 6 days and they gave is 4 rolls of toilet paper so we had to buy some household items such as dish soap paper towels dishwasher tabs trash bags etc... blender was broken. They do have some items to take to the beach but several items were broken. Some bikes to ride but the chain was off one. Neighbors were great but the pool gets a little too rowdy at times if you have children. Overall a great space for a big family vacation. We really enjoyed our time there.

4 adults and 3 kids under 4 stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The communal living spaces are very open and have plenty of seating room for everyone. We've been coming to Port A for years and years and this was one of our fave condos we've stayed in. It's very close to the pool area and beach access is just a block or so away. It had all of the amenities you could hope for and that made the stay with 3 small kids less stressful and easier.
It was very seamless to check in and check out and we thought the property was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Love staying at this property. Great location. Been stay here for 3 years. This year there was quite a bit of noise we had to endure from other condos that surrounded us on the weekends.

This property has a significant safety issue. There is a step down going into the laundry room with no notification on the door. It is the only step down on the entire location
We were fortunate no one was injured as everyone who entered ended up tripping and twisting their ankles PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR
The touch door lock was replaced before us arriving with a key entry they only had ONE KEY for out entire stay six adults sharing one key ridiculous

We had a hard time checking in. Didn’t get the email about picking up the keys in a box. That was the first thing we didn’t get to check in till 6pm. We got there at 4. Next was the ceiling was leaking in 2 spots so we had to put towels after my daughter slipped and hit the back of her head. Besides that everything else was great. Great view , great area, very spacious.

Overall we all loved staying here …felt safe , very convenient, pool area is great, the only thing I would recommend is cleaning up and or replacing the beach toys and removing broken toys and broken pop-up tent. The garage door also did not work but like I said overall the home itself was great and petty perfect :). We would definitely stay again

Beautiful, clean and included everything we needed. Very family oriented neighborhood. In the middle of everything and a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for being part of our annual family trip.

The downside we needed more toilet paper and didn't want to have to call and ask for it. Also the pool was crowded and people kept leaving the gate unlocked. Overall it was a great place close to the beach. I would definitely recommend it if you have a big group!

This was our second trip to PA as a family. There are currently 9 of us. It was perfect for our 'individual' families to divide up, with the parents of the children and the children together on the first floor, and the other two couples on the main floor. The location was awesome within a 10 min walk to the beach (after we finally got directions from the owners after going the long way around the first day). The wagons, beach tent, beach chairs, toys, etc were such an awesome addition and blessing. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well insulated.... we did not hear any of the neighbors or outside noise from inside the condo at all. It is the perfect location to the swimming pool also. (However, the gate codes/locks did not work for the pool gate, and the patio grill gate lock was never locked - seemed to be broken, but made for easy access). Having the water hose to rinse all the sand off of everything was an added bonus that we were very thankful for. We would definitely stay here again if available when we set our dates for next year!!!

We enjoyed the home by the beach. It was an easy walk to the ocean and had 2 wagons, chairs and all the toys we needed were in the garage. We all had so much fun. The kitchen and living area and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Plenty of privacy.
