Beautiful Coop Cottage overlooking vineyards. Three minutes from downtown!
Coop, notre chalet récemment rénové est parfait pour 6 personnes qui souhaitent séjourner dans un magnifique vignoble de 15 acres dans un emplacement privilégié à proximité des vignobles et des restaurants. Coop est à seulement 1,5 km de Healdsburg Plaza ... 3 minutes en voiture ou à pied en 20 minutes. Emplacement incroyable, grande valeur et intimité fermée dans une ferme fraîche récemment rénovée donnant sur les vignobles du domaine. La vue continue littéralement sur des kilomètres. Les tarifs sont pour jusqu'à 6 personnes!
Ru's Farm est un site de mariage et nous organisons généralement des mariages le samedi de 15h à 21h de mai à novembre.
Coop dispose de 2 chambres king avec literie organique Coyochi, chacune avec leurs propres salles de bains magnifiquement conçues avec des douches à effet pluie. Il y a aussi une troisième chambre confortable avec demi-salle de bain. Cuisine entièrement équipée et barbecue à gaz pour que vous puissiez dîner. Savourez des repas sur le pont et admirez le coucher de soleil sur les vignobles ou attardez-vous dans un bain à remous relaxant et trempez-vous sous une couverture d'étoiles.
Tout est à proximité, vous ne passerez donc pas beaucoup de temps dans la voiture. Healdsburg est une petite ville sympathique sans embouteillages. Il y a de nombreux vignobles locaux à seulement 0,5 km, tout comme la rivière russe et la location de canoës pour ajouter à vos aventures. Vraiment l'expérience du pays du vin.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple with plans to visit wineries in Healdsburg. The location was perfect, very accessible to downtown and the setting was gorgeous. Perfect size home for two couples. The deck was amazing and we were entertained by hummingbirds and Enjoyed the soft breezes. The grounds are incredible with fruit trees and lavender walkways, olive trees and views of the vineyard. I expect we will return to this beautiful home.

This is our second stay at the Coop and it was just as amazing as the first!! The grounds are stunning, and you feel completely relaxed the moment you pull up! The attention to detail and communication was top notch!! We love it so much here and are hoping to make it a yearly trip!!!

What a gift it was to be able to stay on the property we were married at and get extra time there. The house was beautiful and spacious for getting ready before the wedding with friends, and we loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the vineyards.

This house is absolutely magical! The property speaks for itself and the host is absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend this house to anyone in the Healdsburg area looking for a place to settle in and enjoy the views and all there is to be offered at the nearby square!

We had a fabulous time during our 10 day stay in the Coop Cottage at Ru's Farm. Lele, our host, was absolutely wonderful! She was on top of every request and gave us excellent recommendations regarding activities and restaurants.
The cottage is beautiful just like the photos on the listing page. It is perfect for two couples as it has two large bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths. There is also a third very small bedroom with a queen and 1/2 bath.
We will be back!!!!

Having our wedding at Ru's Farm was a dream.
It was love at first sight, we knew immediately after stepping on the grounds that this was our place. It's beautiful and charming in a way that photos barely capture, but that's just the start of it.
Lele, the venue owner was a joy to work with. We could tell how much love and care she puts into the space and that working with her would be the opposite of the cookie cutter, corporate experience we've experienced at other popular venues. She provided a thorough tour of the space, a really helpful preferred vendors list, and other wonderful tips and tricks. All the preferred vendors were top tier, and it ended up saving us a ton of time and we were guaranteed a high quality end to end experience.
Other key benefits of Ru's:
1. The venue is available the entire wedding day which provides a lot of flexibility
2. There is a beautiful, 3-bedroom cottage on the properties that was perfect for getting ready
3. Unlike vineyards, this property has all the perks of a vineyard (oversees a vineyard) but also allows all types of alcohol (not just beer and wine)
4. The design of the space and the transition between different phases of the day (ceremony, reception, dancing, etc) was seamless
This venue is a rare treasure, I would certainly suggest snatching a date before they are all gone.
Ru's Farm will always hold a special place in our hearts and we hope to be able to revisit it in a few years to try to relive the beautiful memories.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Home was clean and as pictured. We had a peaceful stay in "The Coop", views were amazing, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was an enjoyable bonus. We would rebook in a heartbeat if we ever make it back out to Cali.

We enjoyed our stay in Coop. The location was perfect, as was the outdoor area. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Our only issue was with the heating system that kept the bedrooms hot while the living areas were cold. Otherwise we had a wonderful experience.

We loved our four night stay at this lovely cottage. The views from the deck and hot tub were spectacular. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a luxurious feel. We hope to be back again soon.

It was a beautiful setting inside and out. Our wine tour at your sister vineyard Bella Vineyards was amazing. To top it off we witnessed a night harvest too! We only ate out one night as Coop cottage was so comfortable. Our dinner at Chalkboard was superb! We will be back!! Thank you John & Lele for being such wonderful hosts.

This is a beautiful home and the experience surpassed the pictures. Very clean, great location and had everything we needed. We had four people and it was the perfect size. We’ll absolutely stay here again!

Where do I start? This place was simply the best! The most amazing property with gorgeous views, stunning interiors, quiet location and close to downtown! The best spot to spend your evenings was in the hot tub overlooking the vineyards. The fresh coffee left for us was delicious, and the locally made linens were a special touch! We were so sad to leave and, will absolutely be back!

This is our family’s favorite place to stay and our happy place in all of wine country. We have booked the Coop multiple times with always gracious and prompt response from the owners. Even the farm cats are friendly! We were pleasantly surprised with hydrangeas from the garden, fresh picked strawberries, and farm fresh eggs courtesy of ru’s farm. It is a wonderful home away from home.

This was a great place to stay for easy access to Healdsburg and the surrounding area. We were there for 13 days (much longer than the usual stay) and loved it. The property manager was great - she made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The deck outside was lovely, and the cottage was bright and comfortable. A few notes for people considering it: 1) don't assume you will walk into town. While it can be done, much of it is on a somewhat busy road with no shoulder, so it is not a particularly enjoyable walk. It is, however, an easy and very quick drive in. Or, if you have bikes, you can bike into town. 2) The bedrooms are as described. Two are equal masters, but one is small, so I wouldn't be likely to have 3 couples there, especially for more than a few nights.

Beautiful, clean, bright! Wonderful bedding, towels, bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen well outfitted, and organized, absolutely spotless! Huge deck with properly heated hot tub and bbq. Gardens are so amazing and offer so much privacy. Oh the lavender, bottlebrush, and the largest and most spectacular fiejoa, I have ever seen. One mistake we made, we didn't stay longer. Hosted a wedding on the property on a Saturday, and looking back, wished we had checked in on a Thursday and left on Monday am. The property is just that amazing. Better than we ever expected!

We used Ru's Farm for the wedding venue which happened to have this wonderful VRBO attached to the property. The setting and amenities were outstanding. The bride and her attendants were the primary guests at the cottage and it worked out perfectly. We could not have asked for anything better.

We rented this listing for the weekend as we were getting married at Ru's Farm, on the same property. Would highly highly recommend this listing as a beautiful Healdsburg getaway or especially if getting married on the property so wedding party can get ready on-site. The host is so gracious and helpful - would stay again!

Great location for wine country excursions. Close to Healdsburg Square and wineries. Loved the bedrooms and view from the east bedroom. Also, the fireplace in the unit made things nice and cozy. We had a couple of hiccups but Lele addressed them quickly. Based on the photos I was expecting vineyard views from the coop but it was more of a peekaboo view. Also wished that the deck and yard surrounding the coop had been a little more inviting (maybe potted plants and furniture cleaned up). Based on the price of the unit we were expecting five star accommodations and we feel that the property fell a little short.

The house was perfect for our trip to the wine country for our daughters birthday. The hosts had thought of every little detail and made us feel welcomed and at ease. The house is in a great location. You feel like you are in the country yet just minutes from downtown Healdsburg. A nice central location for exploring all the wine country has to offer. The photos do not do this property justice!! We went for my husbands birthday with 2 other couples. I was worried about 6 people in one house - but it was very spacious. We loved the patio and the hot tub. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the deck was outstanding! It is about 1.5 miles into town which was very convenient. We were able to drive, uber and walk easily into the down town area. Perfect location!
