The place is fairly spacious and has great front porch view of the ocean. The beach is only a few steps away. Place was clean and host was responsive.
Be aware you need to rent linens for an additional fee, and host didn't provide hand soap/toilet paper in some of the bathrooms.

Location was perfect. The layout for privacy with four adults, was excellent. We had our own bathrooms and privacy. The elevator was fantastic! The kitchen was equipped and very comfortable. The only hold back to the trip was that we didn’t realize that there was a condominium above us. The noise from above when the people were there was, distractive, more than just footsteps and opening and closing doors. The owner was very attentive and receptive to our concerns. The owner’s management of the situation was exceptional to our needs. We would definitely go back to this location.

This property was very nice but I didn’t notice in the description that it was a duplex. That normally would not been ideal for us but the unit above us only had one gentleman occupying it so the noise was minimal. The positives of the property were that it was very clean, it had 3 bathrooms, it was oceanfront, it was roomy, and it had an elevator which was necessary for my handicapped husband. The owner and his sister who was the property manager were very accessible and helpful. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing time in Ocean City and the weather was exceptional!

My family of 9 enjoyed our stay in OC! The house was immaculate and very well appointed. Well stocked kitchen. Access to the beach was top notch as well and the owner's recommendation to get a beach wheel chair buggy for our elderly grandmother was a real game changer. If you have someone that finds it challenging to walk on the beach over a distance, the town of OC has wheelchair buggies that you may rent for free, make it possible for them to get down to the water. Really appreciate the recommendation. Would rent this home again.

Absolutely loved the location right on the beach! Awesome porch to drink coffee on in the morning & watch the full moon rise over the ocean in the evening. House was spacious, clean & well stocked. Minor glitch at checkin but worked out just fine. Would definitely go back!

Pre Summer Getaway
My family and I (10 of us, kids, spouses, grandkids) needed a long weekend getaway and my wife found this house on VRBO. It is a great house with a great location. Scott was very responsive to any questions/requests. Only thing bad was the weather but we made the best of it hanging out and playing games. Pretty cool watching the storm and waves looking out at the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Rare find! Perfect house for a person with mobility difficulties.
This home was everything we could have asked for. My mother came with us for her first trip to the beach in years, due to her being wheelchair bound. The elevator was perfect for our needs, the layout was spacious enough that she could maneuver through the whole home, and the balcony let her enjoy the ocean at any time. The homeowner was very responsive, the home was very clean and the well stocked. We had thanksgiving there and had everything we needed to cook the meal. Every single bed was comfortable and the master was like a little oasis for us. Everything was wonderful and up to date! We will certainly be returning, as the house fit our family’s specific needs perfectly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay :)

Spectacular Views
The house was so comfortable and clean with incredible ocean views. We saw dolphins and a red fox and there were butterflies and bunny rabbits right on the beach. The sound of the waves an night lulled us to sleep. Being on the beach in October was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We were welcomed with a fabulous bottle of wine and cookies! The best ocean front Ive stayed in so far!! LOVED IT

Incredible house
This house was the best getaway stay I’ve had in Ocean City by far! Super clean, well stocked, and convenient location having small kids to be able to walk outside steps away to the beach! The views In the main area of the house are gorgeous and layout of this house was amazing. The owner was also super friendly and available to talk. He left a bottle of wine and cookies in the kitchen at arrival. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ocean view escape
Overall great experience with property, owner and VRBO. Our family really loved staying here for a change of scenery. Kids could ride bikes everywhere, grandparents enjoyed long walks and parents enjoyed just having everyone in one house. House has everything you could hope for and it’s such a great location.

Long Easter Weekend
Nine of us - 5 adults and 4 children - spent the long Easter weekend at this property. There was plenty of table and counter space for laptops, egg dyeing, meals, games, and just talking. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of glasses, mugs, and dishes. We were able to produce Easter dinner with no "making do" of equipment (though I never found the coffee grinder). The kids loved the duo bunk, and all the adults had an adult-sized bed. The elevator was a godsend while moving in and out. We had a wonderful time in a lovely property.

Perfect winter weekend
Amazing location if you want to be RIGHT on the beach. We wanted to see and hear the ocean after being stuck in the house for the quarantine. This was perfect. You could hear the ocean even with the sliding door closed and great views form the living room and deck.

Wonderful holiday week!
Fortunately for us we were able to book this beautiful oceanfront property last minute. The accommodations were exactly as described. A fully stocked kitchen for cooking a holiday meal & baking desserts. The fireplace added a nice ambiance & extra warmth after a few hours of surfing. Warm and cozy in the off-season.
Our family of four stayed in November for a change of scene during the pandemic. The internet was strong and we were all able to do school and work meetings while gazing out at the ocean, and the fireplace made us feel cozy all week. The property is just a short drive from the boardwalk, where several shops are open year-round. The house was clean and nicely decorated, and had all the comforts of home. The owner and staff wore masks when entering (the dishwasher needed to be repaired at one point). Check-in and check-out were no-contact. Owner was responsive. A great, safe place to spend a week away in 2020.

Great family week at beach
Great home, great location, great owner. We were in duplex downstairs from another group and other than seeing them once in awhile coming and going from beach, we did not hear a thing. Home has everything you need - very well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, great deck furniture, etc. Would definitely come back.

What a view!
We took a winter vacation at this house, and it was just lovely. The house is really right on the beach and the views are spectacular. The house is big and cozy and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. A few things to note if you are staying here:
1. The property manager sent us a contract 2 days before we got there and asked for another security deposit. We did not ultimately give over more money, but it was stressful right before we left on vacation.
2. In that same email we were told that there were no linens or towels provided. When you have 7 beds of varying sizes, that’s a lot of linens to quickly gather right before everyone leaves. So think about that well before you get the email. Also all those towels (we had 10 people) also take up a lot of extra room, especially if people are flying.
3. If you’re there in the winter, the heating is a bit tricky. The beach side of the house gets way warmer than the street side, and the thermostat is located on the beach side. So this meant that the street side rooms were always pretty cold.
Other than that, this house is really lovely and especially good if you are traveling with people who need an accessible home. The elevator is a huge plus!
We would come back for sure.

Outstanding Elegance with Charm!
We loved this house! Provided all amenities we needed plus stocked kitchen for lots of gourmet cooking. Views of the beach were breathtaking. House was immaculate and very comfortable! The eight of us adults were comfortable and relaxed throughout the weekend. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and furniture and all around ideal! Scott was wonderful as the owner- easy to book and great communication. We will definitely be back!

Love at first sight!
My siblings and I took our parents for a long weekend to our favorite place of Ocean City as a Christmas gift. Our first impression as we entered was the magnificent ocean view. A well appointed kitchen and living room worked so well for us as we played games, looked at old slide pictures and photo albums and had wonderful times of reminiscing. The bedrooms and 3 full baths were a bonus as well as the washer and dryer. Scott went above and beyond to make this stay one that we will never forget. We definitely hope to rent with him again.

Beautiful home
My family had a wonderful time in OCNJ. The house was so nice and clean. We stayed on the first floor and had a perfect view of the ocean! The kitchen was beautiful. I loved that there was filtered water through the refrigerator. The keurig was great! The house has all the appliances you need. The fireplace made it cozy on our cool week as well. Scott was very friendly and was very quick to respond to my emails.

Gorgeous Oceanfront Home
This home is simply magnificent! It's impeccably decorated and has all updated amenities. The ocean views are spectacular and has beach access that is literally a few steps from the back door. The owner was extremely accommodating and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!

A beautiful home in a beautiful setting!
We had actually planned to rent a different home from the owner, Scott. However, when some construction work was being scheduled for the first home, Scott offered us the choice of staying at the first home (and he would defer the start of the work until after we left) or moving up to this home. We chose the latter and were not disappointed. It was more room than we five adults needed but what an amazing experience! The home is every bit as lovely on the inside as the exterior pictures suggest. The home came equipped with everything we could possible need. It was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. The appliances were new and worked perfectly. The home was just as it was described. Scott bent over backwards to make sure our stay was pleasant and delightful. He even personally brought in a gas grill so we could cook some hot dogs! Some of our greatest memories from this trip are sitting on the covered porch in the morning, listening to the surf and watching the waves roll up on the beach. Very peaceful. We look forward to returning one day!
