The oceanfront view is outstanding! The condo is small but feels spacious. The kitchen has everything needed. And the microwave is also a convection oven! We loved our time there and hope to be back.

This unit was excellent. Good size and very comfortable. It has a view to die for from the balcony and main room and just about anything you would need was available. Our host was very prompt in answering any questions we may have had. As always, the beach and pool are outstanding. Thank you, Brenda, for making our week so enjoyable.

This is a hidden gem of a spot!

We have been coming to Beachers for 4 years and this was by far our favorite unit in the complex. We will be back for sure.

This condo was better than expected. Very nice little place, right on the wide beach with pool.

As always, Brenda’s condo at meters lodge was wonderful. It is compact, but everything you need is there and it doesn’t feel compact at all the bed is great. The pool is heated the beach and ocean are beautiful. It is very clean and has everything you might need love the place already have next March planned.

The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful or a short walk to the beach was even more enjoyable. The morning sunrises were amazing and worth getting up for. A short drive to Anastasia offered plenty of places to eat, beaches to enjoy and shopping if you needed something, all local. Brenda was very good. A wonderful communicator and genuinely cared that we had everyrhing we needed to enjoy our time away.

The condo was comfortable for two adults. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I would have liked some little side tables near the main seating areas for placing drinks while watching TV. If you cook like I do when on vacay, one disadvantage was there were only two burners on a cooktop and no full-sized oven. A two-slice toaster would have been nice, but the microwave was also a small convection oven. The property was clean, quiet and well-maintained. The shower pressure was wonderful - I wanted to take it home with me. All in all a very good stay. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean. We liked the location because it wasn’t in the touristy area. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was nice. It was clean and kept well. Nothing broken or out of order. The Beachers Lodge was kept very well. Everything was painted nice. Employees were around and friendly. Plenty of luggage carts. Elevators came fast and were clean. I found nothing to dislike. There were not many channels on cable tv(infinity) but there were plenty of streaming apps loaded you you to log into and remember to log out of. I would recommend it. Nothing bad here. Pools was very clean and warm.

This lovely condo was exactly what we wanted. The listing description is 100% accurate, the space was compact but comfortable and the ocean view spectacular! It was also immaculately clean. We contacted Brenda a couple times and she responded immediately and was very helpful. It's clear that she is committed to providing a great experience for her guests. One note, the kitchen is small (as described) and not suited to doing a lot of cooking. We made some eggs and toast, heated some things in the microwave and had our coffee. We were very happy with this arrangement, but be aware before you book. Loved it and would highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as described. It was the little touches that made me give a 5-star rating. The linens on the bed were smooth and so comfortable to the touch; they did not have "pills" on them that indicated a lot of usage. I also really like that the duvet and pillow shams are also changed between occupants. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. The unit was absolutely spotless which means I didn't have to wear socks when I walked around as the floor was so clean. It was comfortably decorated without being over-the-top beachy. I chatted with Brenda a couple of times and she responded quickly to questions that I had. I would absolutely rent this unit again. It was perfect for my husband and me.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Beautiful view and only a short drive to St Augustine. The owner was so responsive and the condo was very very clean and tidy. We would say there again for sure.

We had an amazing time in St Augustine. The balcony view was wonderful, watching ocean, we had some dolphins swim by. The dune conservation area had a turtle walking around. Condo was as described and a nice place to relax. Brenda was very helpful and communicated timely. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Great view of ocean and sunrises!

Stayed Thursday -Sunday. We had stayed at Beechers twice before so we clearly enjoy the location and the property. It is just right for us. Nice beach, nice property, nice people.

We had a wonderful stay here! Clean condo with everything you need. The bed in the bedroom was so comfortable! We had the best views from the condo to watch the sunrise with a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful and restful time! Place was perfect with great access to the beach!

Check in was simple with the directions provided. Ample unassigned parking on the street side of the building. Location was great with it being only 20 driving minutes from St. Augustine. Exterior was clean, neat, and there are two elevators (or stairs) on opposite ends of the building. This condo is in the center of the second story so there is a bit of a walk but there are luggage carts and a couple grocery carts stored near the elevators to make trips up and down easier if you wish. We did not use the pool but it appeared to be quite nice. The inside of the condo we found to be better than the pictures could portray. Everything was clean, organized, and accessible. Plenty of extra linens, cooking utensils, and cookware. Microwave, refrigerator with freezer, two burner stove but no oven which is just an observation, not a complaint. Many cabinet drawers, bathroom shelving, and very strong water pressure with quick hot water. The second story balcony/lanai view we found to be even better too. Sliding glass door with a private 180 degree view of beautiful Crescent Beach. Far enough back to give you privacy but close enough that you can hear and see the waves easily. Two bar stool type chairs with a small table give you an elevated view over the railing. There are beach supplies stored on the balcony for your convenience but we didn't use any. Access to the wonderful beach is through a gate, down the boardwalk, and down steps. We recommend!

It is a nice and quiet condo. Location to a lot of good restaurants. Beautiful beach and the room is spotless as usual. Me and my wife love coming here and will be back soon.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at this location. From watching the sunrise to dolphins swimming, it was all we could ask for. During checkin, it was the first time renting with vrbo I did not get a welcome email or text message letting me know my unit was ready. But when we got there is was clean and ready. The only "complaint" was the temperature in the bedroom with a heavy duvet was a little warm, but honestly no complaint as we just slept with the sheet. We had an issue with the curtain rod falling as the shower curtain got too heavy and dragged it down. I would recommend a more permanent rod if using a cloth curtain. But other than that, we definitely discussed coming back and staying again. Great location, great building, and it was a perfect stay for us. Thank you for having us.

Brenda’s place was exactly as advertised! Check in was super easy and convenient and the condo was adorable. You really can’t beat that view - pictures don’t do it justice. The beach was nice and quiet most days and with just a short drive to downtown St Augustine you get the best of both worlds!

Perfect getaway with the wife to end the summer. No oven, dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer, but we had everything else we needed for a weekend stay. Great location, and beach was perfect.

Property manager was lovely, this condo was well stocked and had every thing I needed for my stay and the beach. Very responsive and polite. Highly recommend!

Great view of the ocean! The condo is clean and well-furnished; easy access to the beach and close enough to all St. Augustine has to offer, but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re in all the busyness.

This place was exactly as described and so well stocked! We didnt have any shortage of blankets, pillows, dishes, or even beach necessities. Brenda has this place ready for anything. It was super clean and the furniture is incredibly comfortable for sinking into after a long day out. The balcony offers a perfect view of the beach as well. Brenda was so quick at responding to any message I sent her and made sure we were happy with our stay. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to maybe add a clock that works as the one above the tv was not correct LOL But other than that it is perfect here. We will 100% be coming back to this place again. Thank you Brenda!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation, this was our first time in the area and it did not disappoint. The view is amazing, the bed was very comfortable and my kids said the couch bed was also. The beach area in front of the condo never got super crowded even on weekends. The owners were super quick to reply and were very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was in a great location. Very cold refrigerator. Air conditioning was great. Plumbing good. The best part was the bed. It slept ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The owner was helpful with the check in process. I would recommend staying again.

This property did not disappoint! It was just as described and a perfect little condo for my husband and I. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were plenty of nice quality towels and extra area rugs in the linen closet. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked for what it was intended for. The unit itself is in a great centralized location and the view was fabulous! It was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!
