Wonderful home. Comfortable furniture, comfortable beds! Whatever utensil or pot or pan I reached for in the kitchen there it was. Great assortment of kitchen equipment! Shelly and Dave were quick to respond to any questions we had. They did a great job of checking us in and making sure we knew how the appliances worked. Very personable and we felt very welcomed to the area! Thank you for a great stay!

Shelley and David were great to deal with. Shelley was very responsive to any questions. The villa had everything and more that we needed for our week stay. We were very comfortable coming back to a place that felt like home. We definitely would stay here again. Great host and hostess.

FANTASTIC!! Shelley & Dave are the most terrified hosts - friendly and fun loving people who wanted us to have a good time and we did. The villa was cute, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked great. Happy Trails lived up to it’s name-residents are happy and welcoming to visitors. Surprise has dozens of shops and restaurants just outside of HT but when we entered through the security gate it is peaceful and serene. We loved our early morning walks with the beautiful desert landscaping (cactus in bloom) in this well tended community. Looking forward to visiting Arizona next year and will definitely stay at this “little gem”. Highly recommend!! Thank Shelly and Dave

We had such a wonderful time staying in this villa. From the moment you walk in you sense, the cleanliness, the homeyness and that it is well taken care of. Our hosts were friendly, helpful, and gracious. We will be telling many people about this villa and our experience here. We will definitely be back.

The owners were just a delight. So accommodating and helpful. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Definitely would recommend this place. This was our first time staying in a 55+ community and it did not disappoint. When renting the house you are able enjoy the communities activities which is was a great bonus! There were many activities from sports (tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, etc.) to games (cards, mah jong, dominos, etc.) to exercise (nice gym and some classes). Everyone was so friendly and helpful and encouraged us newbies to learn any game we didn't know. There was a pool and hot tub just a short walk from the house that were wonderful. Two thumbs up!

The property was home away from home. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is that they add the additional fees; ie. gate fees and electric bill, to the on-line listing, so it doesn't come as a surprise.

Moved to Arizona because of family and job. Very nice and quiet villa, (work 3rd shift). It was like living in my own home. Shelley and her husband are very nice and inviting. They helped with anything I needed.

Very responsive hosts. Check in was super easy! We will definitely be back to stay in this Villa the next time we are in Phoenix. Everything you need is nearby.

Shelly and Dave were so nice. We had a short stay In Surprise but it started our Vacation off to a great start. We received a warm welcome, very clean rental and everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation time. Wonderful fruit bowl on the table as a welcome gift from Shelly and Dave was much appreciated.

The rental Mobile Home from Shelly & David was exactly all we needed. Couldn't ask for a better location and all the Care and attention given to us by Shelly and David.

You will never meet a nicer couple than David and Shelley Moake. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We plan on renting their villa again in the near future. further. Look no further as their place has everything to make your vacation wonderful!

I was in town to visit family, normally I stay with them but found the perfect place 10 minutes away that allows me to have time to myself. The place was just like the pictures, the neighbors were friendly, and it was very peaceful. We had been on the road for a week so having a washer and dryer was a plus. The owners thought of everything, a bowl of fruit to welcome us was a nice touch. I would stay here again!

Super nice retirement community with golf course, tennis, pickle ball, swimming pool. The manufactured house is very pretty, clean, stainless appliances.. Great restaurants right down the street. 24-hour guard gate security. The landlords are super nice and accommodating!! Tons of rabbits and quail greet you in the early mornings and late at night!!

The property was located in a very friendly environment. Daily entertainment was provided by the local bunnies and quail. The owners were always available to answer questions or provide help. I loved being here and plan to come again.
