Ubytování bylo bez stravy, měli jsme k dispozici vybavení v kuchyni, Byli jsme spokojeni. Lokalita perfektní, byli jsme v centru, kousek k historické části, na Hrad. A velké plus bylo parkovací místo.

Nemáme žádné zásadní připomínky, pouze chvíli trvalo, než jsme ubytování našli, popisné číslo nebylo dohledatelné.

Die Lage war super. Modern eingerichtet und Geräumig. Beim Auschecken war der Besitzer selber in der Wohnung, er war sehr freundlich. Vom Club im Erdgeschoss hört man gar nichts in der Nacht.

Beim Einchecken war ein Anderer da, der hat uns alles super erklärt aber war jetzt nicht freundlich. Die Badewanne war undicht. Es waren auf den 2. Blick ein. Paar kleine Mängel in der Wohnung zu sehen. Für 2 Nächte hat es gepasst. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und man hört auch bei geschlossenem Fenster den Straßen lärm. Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, aber Andere könnte es stören.

Most of the stuff in the apartment is either broken or dirty. Blood stains on the mattress, mould in the shower, dining chairs, walls, sofa all dirty. Bathroom light only working with screwdriver in it, blinds and drawers broken. Water damage on the bathroom door, chewing gum on the towel rack. No proper a/c or fans in the apartment and windows only open to the busy street. Apartment was hot and noisy. Definitely not luxury as advertised and we found it not health safe and left after 1 night. Host or booking.com not helpful with organizing refund (booking.com gave us 25 euro credit which is less than 10% of what we paid). Hope the money kept will be used for deep cleaning for the future guests. Also host was someone else than advertised, very misleading and uncomfortable.

The layout of the apartment was great. Very spacious and the kitchen was superb.

The location was good, parking lot available and the size of the apartment was nice.

The washing machine was broken, it advertised a/c but was only two portable ones that were not adequate for a sixth floor apartment in 37 degree heat. The second bedroom had no option for cooling, not even a fan. The second bedroom is an ikea day bed with very thin mattresses. You must call the owner to access the parking lot.

Nice apartment with full equiped kitchen, A-C and a big bathroom with shower and bath in a great location.
