A nicely decorated suite with a fridge and coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay (1 night).

The room is very nice. They were good hosts. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Victoria BC.

Heather’s place is in a beautiful, quiet area. A bit of a drive from Victoria, but it wasn’t difficult to spend the day there. The place was clean and comfortable. Communication with Heather was very easy. Would recommend this place.

Really good value

This VRBO I would compare to a luxury hotel suite. The furniture is all high end with a comfortable queen bed and a bathroom with a nice shower. The space has south facing windows making it nice and bright. Comes complete with all the amenities a person would ever need. The outside has a private entrance with two small patio's, one in the sun and one covered in the shade. The space is perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place. We really enjoyed this stay. The host family thought of so many extra thing to make a stay special.

Overall it was it was a great place to stay. Agree with other reviews that it needs a little bit of dusting. We found that the sound proofing between suites and up stairs not so good.

This is a beautiful accommodation. We had a little misunderstanding at first but it's very clear the owners want their guests to have an enjoyable stay. We appreciated all the little extras like wine and chocolate. Would definitely recommend to friends looking for a nice base camp to explore the southern island.

We had the most lovely stay!! Heather and Ben thought of everything there was nothing more we could have asked for!! Super comfy bed, plush towels, comfy areas to sit and relax. The area was peaceful and only a short walk to some great pizza at Jacks. Hope to return one day.

We had a lovely 2 nite stay. We found the place easily for arriving late. Everything was as stated and we had a lovely time the bathroom was a little small but worked well. And had we been short of anything it was in the room, including water and wine in the fridge. We sure would stay again.

This property is lovely. Very nice decor and linens. Nice touch with water and wine in the fridge! My only suggestion is it needed a good dusting. Bathroom fan very clogged with dust and tables and home decor; I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

This is one of the best VRBO studio units that we have stayed in. The unit was tastefully decorated, extremely clean, spacious and the bed was really comfortable! All of the extra touches and additions made it even better! It’s a short walk (or drive) to Bear Mountain golf course and Jack’s Place restaurant. We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to this area.

Comfortable, cozy, clean and well-appointed, as always. Very close to our family in Bear Mountain community, so easy to visit & help with the little ones. Love to visit, feels like a holiday!

Perfect stay. Property was clean, and tidy.

Lovely, well appointed , cosy room . Lots of special touches including ; complimentary bottle of wine, bowl of candies , and excellent selection of teas and coffee. Bed and pillows are very comfy and the toiletries provided are very nice! I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone .

Although we did not meet Heather, her communication was excellent. There was no problem finding her house. Parking was easy beside the suite. We found trails very close by which led to a forested area and the beautiful Valley Golf Course. The reviews on Jack's Place in the Bear Mountain complex were not favourable, so we retraced our steps to Langford and enjoyed our evening meal at the Log House. The Rack was way too noisy. The bottle of wine Heather left for us was a lovely touch. Our room was cosy, the bed very comfortable, loved the shower area, and good water pressure.

Luxurious space, so many lovely extras, beautiful neighbourhood, I highly recommend this wonderful space.

We loved staying at Ben and Heathers cozy and beautifully decorated bungalow below their house. Lots of personal touches and so convenient to all you want to see in Victoria. Highly recommend

Brighter lighting in the bathroom would make it perfect

Wonderful spot, easy to access the unit, but location not ideal for my husband and I.
