Privately-Situated Forest Knoll Condo Near Town Square, Perfect for Families
Cette spacieuse Forêt Knoll 3 chambres, 2200 sq. Ft. Condo est une société privée située à l'arrière du bâtiment avec vue sur la forêt et se trouve à une courte promenade à Waterville Valley Town Square, le centre sportif, golf, luge colline et 1 arrêt de tram à la montagne de ski (dernier arrêt avant d'arriver à la montagne de ski, premier arrêt lors du retour). L'unité est également pratique pour le vélo de montagne et de randonnée réseaux de sentiers.
D1 a été récemment mis à jour et est entièrement équipée! Le niveau principal comprend une grande cuisine ouverte, salon et salle à manger avec la télévision par câble, cheminée à gaz et quatre saisons véranda. En outre, ce niveau comprend également la chambre des maîtres avec lit queen, walk-in et salle de bain de jacuzzi privé, ainsi que d'un demi-bain séparée dans le couloir. Le niveau inférieur dispose d'une salle de bonus avec la télévision par câble, foyer au gaz, mini-cuisine, un canapé-lit de repos (sort à un roi) et le porche. Au bout du couloir est une deuxième chambre de maître avec lit queen, walk-in et salle de bain privée et une chambre supplémentaire séparée avec lits superposés (complet sur le fond, deux sur le dessus) et salle de bain complète séparée. My family and I just spent a week in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been to Waterville Valley many times and this was our first time staying at this condo. There were 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kate, the condo owner, was very quick at responding to any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely look into booking it again on our next Waterville Valley visit.

Our family of five adults and one child enjoyed our stay at this pleasant condo. It was very clean and well-stocked, with linens, towels, and paper products. The kitchen had a nice supply of dishes, pots, and pans. The condo is well located—easy walking distance to the recreation, athletic center, and town square. The owners are very communicative and helpful.

This has a perfect layout. Everything you need from cooking to linens. We were only two but the lower level is perfect for another family with children. We only had our daughter and granddaughter for one night but they had their own area. Waterville Valley has lots to do and if you geocache there are lots to find.

We drove 7 hours to get to this condo and we were delighted with the place. Very clean, light and bright and plenty of room to stretch out in. The three of us had our own bedroom and our own bathroom, which were clean and neat. Could have had more facecloths but had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked but I wish there had been a Kurig type coffee machine. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your great home. We had a wonderful time.

We stayed for two nights at Kate and Jon's condo and could not have been more pleased. The unit is 5 star, with comfortable beds, great furniture, lots of towels and is well set up for a family or group of friends with tons of sleeping space. Kate and Jon were great at answering questions quickly and accurately before we arrived and quick to respond to a question during our stay. The place is impeccably clean, too. I hope we will have another opportunity to rent this condo.
Oh, and our teens loved the facilities at the Waterville valley club on a rainy day-- nice pool, great gym, and very close to the condo. Highly recommend!

We were 7 ( my hubby, me, my son, daughter in law and 3 grand kiddies) Lots of room , comfy beds , great location . In spite of crazy weather we had access to the Athletic Club. Lots of fun at Corcoran Pond . Easy ride to Lake Winnipesaukee and also to Santa’s Village. Hope to return to make more family memories

Tons of space, absolutely spotless and great communication/info from the hosts. Walkable to the town center area, golf, and tennis center. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying in the future for tennis at Waterville Valley!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was right there - it was very well organized. The owner was very quick to respond to emails and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and once we know the dates for our conference next year would like to rent this home again.

Very clean, tons of space, decor is nice. We absolutely loved this property. Living room upstairs for family to watch tv together and huge space downstairs for kids if they wanted to play or do board games. Both had fireplaces which made it super cozy when snowing out. Beds were super comfy, lots of blankets provided. I would definelty stay here again!

The condo was conveniently located next to Waterville Valley ski resort and short distance to the Waterville Valley Town Square. The unit is large enough for a large family or two families vacationing together. Loved the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi tub for soaking & relaxing We had everything we needed in the kitchen for Christmas baking and meals. We hope to visit again with friends and highly recommend this rental.

I was there for my son's wedding. The condo was comfortable. Nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds.
A kitchen cabinet was full of recycling, beer bottles and soda cans. The front of the coffee table was dirty (somebody must have dropped drink and it splattered all down the front).
Other than that there were no complaints.

Beautiful Family Stay
With family traveling from Norway and Thailand to visit and attend a very special family wedding event, this was a great spot to get together with all different members of my family as well as enjoy all of the amenities that the Unit and all of the Waterville Area offered. We were very blessed to have so much friendly support from the Property Management Team, my super supportive family of baby-sisters who made our stay feel like a second home. The downstairs unit was perfect for the parents with a toddler and an infant just starting to walk as we had a gate included as well as every other need attended to. Everyday, we were able to sit 4 adults and kids with a high chair at the dining table for breakfast and dinner together. Thank you so much for the memories and we hope to see you all again soon!

Spacious and Well-Structured Condo
We had a wonderful 3-night Christmas vacation. There were nine of us (four adults, two teenagers, three younger children) and we fitted nicely into this spacious and well-structured condo. Each adult couple had a master bedroom suite with a full bathroom (on different floors), and the children split in two rooms on the lower floor. Communication with the landlord was easy, and we received detailed instructions before our arrival and also when we got into the condo. The kitchen is big and convenient and t he condo itself is extremely well equipped with everything needed for a vacation: from a wide variety of kitchenware, to towels (bath and pool) and comfy pillows and blankets to board games. Waterville Valley resort is absolutely fantastic, and the condo is conveniently located a very short drive from the ski slopes, athletic club and indoor pool, town square, grocery store and restaurants. We will be back!

Perfect rental.
This property was immaculate, just as shown. The size was perfect for extended family. Love that there was a Christmas tree and seasonal decorations throughout since we were there the week before Christmas. Definitely would rent again.

Wonderful Stay, Beautiful Home
This is the 2nd time in the last two years we stayed here over the Thanksgiving break, and it didn't disappoint. Prepping and cooking a Thanksgiving feast isn't easy, especially away from your own kitchen. But here, it was. Everything you could possibly need was available.
We had 6 people there for a 5-nighter. You could have hosted several more and still not be over-crowded. We have been going up to Waterville for our Thanksgiving retreat for over 20 years. We have stayed everywhere up there. This home is one of my favorites.

Another great stay at Forest Knoll D1
This was our fourth stay in Waterville Valley at Forest Knoll D1. We enjoyed the Valley and as in past years found the property to be well situated, clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything our three generations needed. The owners are commended on keeping up this property so that it is comfortable and conducive to the Valley lifestyle, which for summer means swimming, hiking, golf, and relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

Can't wait to go back
We had an absolutely perfect week-long stay at this lovely, clean, well stocked, ideally located condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable beds and a full bathroom for each bedroom, with lots of living space for us to spread out when needed. The lovely screen porch became our favorite hangout spot, where we were surrounded by trees and nature. (private and quiet) The full washer/dryer was another bonus. The Tetrick's condo was a perfect home base for our family of 6 (that included an overnight visit from Grammy) and we can't wait to return. Thank you Jon and Kate!

Great Midweek Ski Getaway!
Beautiful spacious home for a New Hampshire vacation. Our family spent 3 nights / 4 days at the property and could not have been more happier with the home. The location was great, the house was very comfortable, had everything we needed, the owners made the logistics very easy and responded promptly to my questions. We skied two days and hiked up Mt Tecumseh on the last day. Love to go back next year!

Love Waterville Valley, Forest Knoll one of the better options
The Forest Knoll property has a very functional layout. Great for being all together or dividing age groups. A property you can just hang out in. Wished we had stayed longer.
