Very clean! I have stayed here several times and each time I stay they outdo themselves. Check in is super easy, you don't even have to see anyone. However, they are always there to answer questions right away. Everything is always clean and they start you out with everything you could possibly need to stay away from home. I had to change my dates of my stay and Michael was right there to assist me. He always goes above and beyond. Will be back for sure! If you need a clean and safe place to stay this is it!! Apartment was comfortable and clean. We had a minor issue with the dryer that was resolved quickly. The management team's service is excellent. We enjoyed our stay. First, let me say I was gifted a free upgrade! We opened the door and were wowed even before we saw the bedrooms. Clean, comfortable, and has plenty of space. All necessities were available from kitchenware to plenty of toiletries. Nice TVs in both rooms and the living room. The gated entry was an added plus to the safety of my family in an already nice neighborhood. BCA made communication easy before, during, and after our visit. Only there for 2 nights but could have stayed much longer without missing the comforts of home. Definitely our first choice for lodging next time we are in the area! Nice quiet, very clean condo equipped with all you need for a few days or even a few weeks. We had an issue with the washer and they immediately came over and resolved it. Very nice little neighborhood with sidewalks which was perfect for walking our dog. Convenient to restaurants, shops, midtown and downtown. We will definitely stay again.
