Notre condo est situé au 16ème étage et privé 3 pile !!! dans une position idéale donnant sur le golfe, que ce soit depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans le salon. Près de 2.000 mètres carrés. Pieds, le condo est grand et nouvellement meublé.

Very clean and well maintained. It was up to date and had wonderful extras like the ice machine. We loved the pools and lazy river. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at the condo together with another family and out kids. It was very suitable for 9 of us. We had great time. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Also the amenities were great to keep everyone entertained in the building. The unit was very clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. There were enough towels and they were clean. I loved the brain teaser books there. We have noticed the faucet was leaking in the kitchen and emailed to the owner. Within an hour it was fixed. Super fast!The only down side I could say, one if the king bed’s base was really loose and making a lot of noise even when you turn right to left. It should be be changed. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would go back there again.

We had a great time at this location. There was plenty of room and well maintained. It was convenient to all the local amenities with an incredible view of the Gulf. The only negative was that ine of the pull out couch beds was broken. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing.

Rental had silver bugs in it. Pictures are very misleading. Needs to be updated bad. Wasted all that money. Staff at check in is very rude. I would not stay here again. Hair all in bathtub. I was very disappointed with the rental and will not be returning to this location, I would rather spend more elsewhere to ensure it's clean and a quality rental.

We really liked our room and its amenities. The room is in good shape, and all of the appliances are in good working order. There is a little wear and tear, but for the most part a clean nice room. The Phoenix West is a good location and the pools and outdoor recreational stuff is fantastic.

It was a nice area. The parking police was not nice at all. We had a van that was over 10' high so we could not park in the parking garage. We went to the front desk 3 x's and did what they told us to do. And the parking police got very very nasty with me. So it was find a place if you could or wait someone left. Also our room was not clean. But remember you pay the clean fee. For what IDK to clean it yourself I guess.

I stayed with my family of 10 in this condo for a week. The building as a whole was nice with a lot of amenities. The kids loved the slide and lazy river. However, this condo could use some updates. First of all, the condo wasn't clean at check-in. Everything was dusty, the floors were disgusting (when you walked on the floor without shoes your feet were black), and the walls/doors had stains everywhere. You would be surprised the amount of dust and trash under the master bed. In the master bathroom, the light was hanging off the wall. In the master bedroom, the light wasn't working. In the kitchen, the light switch wouldn't work half the time. There also weren't very many dishes or decent cooking supplies. We had to go to Walmart and buy a skillet, measuring cup, and cookie sheet to be able to cook breakfast. This room also says it sleeps 12 but they don't provide enough towels and washcloths for 12. Also in the bathrooms, they had cheap shower curtain liners that were mildewing. One of the shower curtains was missing hooks and you have a hard time closing properly because of it hanging without hooks. The pullout couch mattress was also terrible. They are never really that comfortable but the springs were popping out in multiple places. In the king second bedroom, the bed was hard as a rock and sounded like it was about to break as soon as you laid down. If you want a nice room, then I recommend looking other places. I expected better when spending 5K for a week.

The condo building itself is nice but expected more for the amount I paid. Upon arrival there were dirty bath towels on the floor of the hallways as you walk in & dirty sheets on the sofa bed.There we’re no games or anything you would normally find in a condo. Had a nice time with my family but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Our condo was perfect with one exception, the floors were not clean. As soon as we checked in, we had sand all over our feet. We requested a mop and broom on the first day. Other than this one issue, we had an overall great stay.

Stay at Phoenix West
The 1603 condo is a beautiful condo, especially in the pictures. Great ocean view, however looks can be deceiving. When we arrived the cleaning lady was there. After she left, the place still looked dirty. There were cheerios in the floor from previous guests, Rice Krispie treat wrappers in the entertainment center, dried milk spilled in the floor, and everything was dusty and the floors were dirty. We noticed the cleaning lady didn’t have a mop or broom with her. The bed in front king bedroom was horrible. The mattress was reported for being bad 4 years earlier as we found in other reviews and still hasn’t been changed out. The warming tray on the oven was broken, the pullout bed was broken, the screen door was against the wall and the slide was hanging loosely on the frame. There wasn’t any cookware that was usable as we had to go to Walmart and buy a couple pans. The few that were there were dirty and rusty. It is obvious that the owner hasn’t read reviews or inspected this property in quite some time. For the price of the condo I expected it to be a lot more than what I paid for. I wouldn’t stay on this unit again as it is in dire need of furnishings and repair

We really enjoyed spending our Christmas here. The location is great and view is breathtaking. The communication throughout the process was great. We had a light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling when we arrived. I informed them and the maintenance staff fixed it promptly. The cleaning crew before we arrived would be the only flaw about our stay. When we were looking under the beds to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, we found candy wrappers, and broken glassware that appeared to have been there for awhile with the amount of dust on it. We also found a few pictures and decor that was randomly just placed in the hallway on the ground and not hanging on the wall. Again, nothing to be too upset about, just wanting to give an honest review.

We loved the view from the balcony and the indoor pool and hot tubs are great as well, the outdoor pool and lazy river was nice but it was a little to cool for us to use it much but wish we had known the slide was under maintenance (we would have still chose this place either way)!! We didn't use the tennis court but we did check it out and it was nice! The beach access was awesome and convenient. Our whole stay was great! We didn't do any cooking in the condo but their was dishes and cookware had we choosen too! The 4 bathrooms was great for our large group and had plenty of towels. We would definitely recommend staying here and of ever back in the area will try to get this condo again!

The picture was accurate as to what furniture was in the living spaces but it was worn. The one couch had some stains on it and the wooden furniture had drawers that didn't open or some were broken and chipped in the bedrooms and living room. With that being said, the furniture was comfortable. The condo was very clean except for some mold on a shower curtain in one of the bedrooms. There were also some issues with the TVs. We had to troubleshoot two of them and we finally had to have the cable company come in and fix one of the TVs as we were unable to fix it and Charlotte, the VRBO rep, was unable to fix it. This seemed to be a cable company issue and not a TV issue as there was a sign in all the elevators the next day telling people to call the cable service company for Internet and TV problems.

Lovely unit but needs some updates and restocks. Only 3 regular size spoons were available, none of the over head lights in the living room worked and only one lamp worked. Shower caddy was rusty. This unit is not alone with filthy floors. You cannot go barefoot or your feet will be black in just a few minutes. Almost every unit I have stayed in at Phoenix West and West II have been this way. This needs to be addressed with the cleaning service.
