Cette unité est parfaitement situé au 1er ��tage. Situé à seulement un condo du garage de stationnement !! Évitez également tous les ascenseurs lorsque vous êtes prêt pour la piscine ou la plage et sortez simplement par la porte patio. De plus, nous avons une serrure de porte sans clé pour que vous et votre famille / vos amis n’ayez pas à garder une clé pendant votre séjour!

The location was exactly what we were looking for. Didn’t have to use the busy elevators and made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. Unfortunately, you can tell the owner doesn’t visit much and if they do then that’s a shame. The cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job. There was stagnant water in the ice bucket that was in the cabinet. A dead fly in one of the bowls. Not great kitchen utensils and pots & pans. I had to was everything we used well because some things just looked like they were put away dirty.

The room was very nice. Family had a great time. People at the front desk were very friendly when we checked in. The only thing I could say that was negative was someone came by our room and Rand the doorbell late at night. Was just a Ding and Dash. Not the Rental Company fault. I loved staying on the ground level. Easy access to the beach.

This was a lovely unit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The floor level condo was perfect for our toddler and so convenient. This was a tidy unit and we had no complaints other than wish there were more towels in the unit, better bedding, and the dryer took a little long to dry. These are not major complaints just suggestions. All in all I give it a 8 out of 10 and we will stay again.

Recently booked this condo for my wife and two daughters. Loved the location and the ease it took to check in and out. Restaurants all within walking distance, and great spacious beaches. Highly recommend!

Our vacation was great. This is a nice condo and we will stay again. Two things I seen that needed attention was the mattress in the master bed. The are worn out and the floors had to be swept.

We had a decent time at this condo. The furniture is different than the picture, we figured it would be based on reviews. There are a lot of complaints about cleanliness so we were also prepared and brought cleaning supplies and a mop, I would just say that the standard here is not what I would expect in a professional cleaning company and we weren’t comfortable on the sticky floors until we cleaned them. We had to clear a clogged drain in the twin bedroom bath and also tighten up the shower spout to get it to work. Once those details were figured out the condo was a decent place to stay. Not having to use the elevator to go down to the beach was nice. The pool is large and nice on windy days. The beach is clean and large and the Flora Bama is nice to walk to if you want a drink or food.
The beds are decent, although the master was stiff and a little lumpy but it didn’t keep us up at night.
The water pressure, drinking water quality, and hot water were all great.
The place is very noisy especially at night, I would suggest a white noise machine or fan.
It is close to the Flora Bama restaurants but orange beach is a drive as well as Gulf Shores so be prepared to drive, traffic was never too bad even for spring break week.
The grills are right outside your deck so be prepared for a constant stream of people that can’t seem to grill without blue tooth speakers. If that bothers you then I would think twice. We are very social but by day three it got a little tiresome.

We arrived on Saturday early but could not check in until 4:30 PM so we used a friends condo until we could check in. Upon entering the condo, I could already tell the condo was dark and not updated.
A few more minutes spent in the condo I realized the couch was disgusting and not the furniture in the photos provided. The kitchen table was also different. There was a USED vape pen left on the TV entertainment center in the living room, trash on the balcony, the trim on the kitchen island was coming apart, the floors looked like they had not been swept, and the light in the kitchen was coming apart from the ceiling. We messaged the owner as we had no other way to contact than through a message on VRBO (no phone number provided). After the initial findings, we then noticed the bed linens had not been change and there was a spider in the shower. We called VRBO who also could not get in touch with the owners. About an hour later we received a message saying they would refund us the cleaning fee and have someone bring us fresh linens. My husband was able to find some random blankets ,spare linens (that did not fit the bed) to get us through the night. The next day the owner finally called my husband and just blamed not being able to find good cleaning companies and had someone come back. They still did not clean the condo but did change the sheets. Bed left bruises on me from the springs and we left a day early! This place needs new everything!!! Worst experience ive ever had.

The unit we stayed in was nice but we rented a ground floor unit because we went with our 2 and 6 year old grandchildren. Our unit was right outside the common area where the grills were and unfortunately there were people who thought it was ok to set up games right in front of us rather than on the other side of the table area. They were rude and told us they owned a unit and they could do whatever they liked. They played loud music off of their patio and we were told that nothing could be done until 10:00pm, even though they received several complaints. We will not be back.

The condo on the ground floor was conveniant and fun. We could go right out the patio door to play catch and the grills were right there with the outside swimming pool just steps away. With a lot of people at the property it still had a relaxed feeling.

The property itself is wonderful the view is amazing however the condo itself im most disapointed . The condo was extremly nasty it was not clean at all. The bed linen was filthy qe had to wash the sheets, there was hair dirt grime everywhere. The floors had not as much had a damp mop. The kitchen is filthy to include the stove refridgerator cabinets microwave all need a deep cleaning. It appeared that whomever was here last had just left and we came in.
Towels face cloths dengy , the iron stained one of my shirts had I know I would have brought my own. Second bathroom has mold water will not drain properly
The mattres are in bad need of replacement1
No stoppers in any sink, you have 3 tvs but only provided 1 working remote 1 remote had no batteries we are having to purchase those.
Cant use the ceiling fans because they have dirt stuck to them
Food left between the stove and refridgerator just all out poor condition

The pictures provided on the VRBO site does not represent this unit being that it states the is newly renovated. I invested in your destination and did not get the benefit that was expected I am most dissapointed

This unit had a small fruit fly/sand bug issue. Most likely related to being in 1st floor.
Phoenix X did spray unit but did not resolve the issue. Also would recommend changing master bedroom mattress.

Unit was pretty dated, ie only one sink in master bath, ac thermostat was way too complicated, took us forever to figure out, it was 84 when we walked in, rental agency closed, had to google directions.

To whom it may concern,
The Phoenix X property was great. The lobby area, the grounds and the pool areas were very well maintained and the location was excellent. Also, the front desk person and the staff were all very nice.
As it relates specifically to Unit 116, my family and I were highly disappointed. The website photos were very misleading and fraudulent compared to what the actual unit looked like. The living room furniture was old, worn, covered with spots/stains and just filthy; the beds and covers were worn and filthy; the floors had not been swept and were covered with sand and women’s hair; the tub was dirty and would not drain properly when showering; television in one of the bed rooms did not work; some tv remotes did not have working batteries or either did not have batteries at all. Considering the extent of our stay and the amount of money that I spent, I am highly upset and just pissed off. Other family members stayed on the Phoenix IV property and their Unit was superb.
What course of actions can I expect you to take?
