We stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. It was a perfectly located rental for us, easy to get in and out of the development. The property was spotless and well cared for. Everything one could need was in the kitchen and rooms. Highly recommend this property!

Very spacious and comfortable well appointed town home. Our daughter came to stay with us and loved it was so close to college. Great neighborhood, lots of very good restaurants close, Gina was fantastic had a lot of things already in the condo that you might need. So thoughtful. We enjoyed the porches morning coffee on one and evenings on the other screened porch. Parking right in front was fantastic. Just all around first class home to rent.

We stayed at this property and use it as a central location yo the Everglades, Biscayne bay, Key west, and a number of Miami area attractions. Gina was wonderful at communicating and helped us with anything we needed.

This was a very nice place to stay clean and easy to get to, traffic was heavy during rush hours but other than that it's great. My only complaint would be no tv in guest bedroom needs at least a 37" and lastly you will never find a better host always on time with any questions that we had, have already told some friends and they plan on visiting. Gina's Tropical Tranquil Escape is exactly how it is pictured and described, but the heart behind the house is the hostess, Gina! She welcomed us to her house by decorating it for Christmas, leaving homemade banana bread, candy canes and chocolates, and filled our fridge with groceries since the stores would be closed for Christmas Day. The house was spotless, appliances and BBQ worked great, and the outdoor screened in porch as well as the patio outside the kitchen window were beautiful. The location of the house allowed easy access to beaches (half hour to an hour depending on where you wanted to go) as well as other tourist activities, such as the Seaquarium (swim with the dolphins) and the Hard Rock Stadium (sports). Our family enjoyed having a cozy home base where we could play games, watch movies or just relax together in the evenings. Gina was available whenever we needed her (extra toilet paper) and the house was well stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. We loved our holiday home, and plan to return to visit it again if we get the chance!

The place was exactly like the pictures and it was extremely clean and the manager was very proactive in communicating and responded very quickly when I asked a couple of questions. I would stay there again!

Three adults came to Kendall for a weekend wedding. The owner was very responsive with all communication. Her place was just as listed. Community pool was nice. Location was near all that you would need. Would recommend.

What a great stay we had! Very cute, clean home, well stocked kitchen/home, fabulous screened in patio where we hung out in the evenings and great community pools! Gina was so friendly and quick to respond when I messaged her. She was an amazing host. Would love to come back again!

Could not have been happier with both the home and our host Gina. As everyone has shared earlier the home is impeccably clean and perfect for that family getaway. The out door living spaces are terrific and the home is centrally located for South Beach or Keys excursions. Thanks Gina for helping us make our family getaway spectacular.

Thank you Gina and family for sharing your lovely home with us during our visit to Miami. We so appreciated how clean and well-equipped the house was and Gina’s responsiveness made the entire process very pleasant and easy. We will definitely try to stay here again if in the area.

Gina was great with any questions we had. House was just as shown and clean. There was a lot of little things for us to use that you don't want to have to pack for weight concerns (beach toys, towels, coolers ect). The only disappointment was that the pools were all closed. But I know this was out of Gina's control.

We stayed for 3 days in order to visit the everglades and keys of which this home is perfectly located. Not knowing Miami i was worried at first not knowing the area. We were put at ease on arrival finding a peaceful townhome neighborhood. In the late afternoon there are many neigbors out for walks etc. Over all the home is spacious, modern, clean and loaded with most common household items. The side and back porch area is a private relaxing spot that has a very intimate and unique charm. My little ones are still asking to back.

We were lucky enough to find this gem available for us to stay in while our house was being tented. Gina is amazing! She is very quick to respond to any and every request you might have...and was nice enough to help us out with an early check in and late check out. The house is SUPER CLEAN. I would say it's the cleanest of any rental I've ever stayed in. The house is very comfortable and taken care of. Everything is exactly as you see it in the pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping. The 2 outdoor areas are the perfect space to relax and the home has everything you need. Do not hesitate to book this home away from home.

My family and I loved this house. Gina put so many personal touches in the house it felt like a home away from home. Homemade banana bread that was delicious. Basketball, football, and tennis rackets that we put to use. She had baskets of products for sun care and mosquito repellent. Plenty towels, bedding, soap, and dishes. There were board games, cards, and children’s books. My family sat out in the enclosed porch area every night of our stay. Would definitely stay again!

This home was awesome! It was exactly as pictured, and more! There is an amazing outdoor experience here as well! There were some toys and games provided, that my daughter thought were there "just for her"! The entire home was very clean and welcoming. But it was the little details that made it....soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms; a suncare and mosquito kits, even fresh baked banana bread!! We loved our stay, was worth ever penny, and will definitely be back!

My family of three and a friend stayed here while we volunteered for the Super Bowl. It was a bit of a drive each day but so nice to get out of all of the traffic and crowds of people. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us. The cake that Gina made was wonderful. It was so good that I ordered another cake (the rum cake) which her son delivered. The house is very comfortable, the neighborhood is friendly and safe. The owner is very prompt in answering messages. We had no problems at all. The entire trip was smooth and a lot of fun.

We love staying at our Miami home away from home! Owner is great to work with you, checks in to make sure all is well and leaves a delicious treat upon check in with a sweet personalized note. We will continue to stay in this "home" in Miami whenever possible.

Property is very clean, inviting and relaxing. Plenty of room in all bedrooms, two fabulous outdoor seating areas, quiet neighborhood! Couldn't have asked for more. Property manager communicated wonderfully and even left a small welcome basket for us! Honestly one of the best VRBO stays we've ever had. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

This was our second stay at this property and, once again, we had such a wonderful stay! Gina went above and beyond to have things at the house to accommodate our needs. She is so thoughtful! The kids loved playing in the pool and on the patio. We had everything we needed and more! We look forward to staying here again when our travels bring our family back to Miami.

We had a great stay in this location. The place was nicely decorated and we appreciated the welcome basket themed to our stay. The owners were very responsive to all questions and checked in on us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We didn't take advantage of the patio, but it was a nice and relaxing space as well. The location was easy to access and the neighborhood was quiet.
