We had a blast here. There was so much do do and see. This location was a perfect distance between the beach, coal mine, white water rafting, train ride and the old jail. The house was perfect as well. The kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The owner and property manager was great at attending to any problems we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the house for 4 days. Ideally located and easy to get to. Great facilities. The house has great amenities. From sitting in the hot tub watching the deer, to the game room having fun with the family playing games. Well kept and good communication with owner and manager. The location was great as we could go into Jim Thorpe, hit the turnpike or in the winter easy to get to the slopes. Very clean and well kept up. We did not use the lake or pool it is only a few minutes away and easy to get to. That area was well kept up to use.

Many issues needed to be addressed and when i told them all they said was its fixed now woth a TY attached. It wasnt fixed when we were there and we mentioned some on the first night. I will not be returning!

We really wish we can stay longer or even reserve in the hotter summer times. It was beautiful cozy and very cool which was perfect. Game room was really nice jacuzzi was on point even though it reached 107° F but when the temp went down to 102° it was perfect. Added on the private community beach and pool it was wonderful. We will be back.

We cannot say enough about how amazing Cori, the owner, JoAnn, the Property Manager, and her nephew, Ronnie, were to us. From the last minute booking, the late check-in, Ronnie fixing our car, and JoAnn helping our teenager and young 20 year old get to the slopes. They truly saved our vacation! We had an awesome time and definitely wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Great location, all you need!
Cori and Chuck were great with rental and check in process! It was easy and Chuck was super helpful with some fishing and restaurant tips. We loved being walking distance to the beach and clubhouse and made daily use of the game room and hot tub. The dogs loved the fenced in yard! We also took some day hikes at Hickory Run state park, spent a day in Jim Thorpe, and took a UTV tour. Definitely recommend this house as a great home base for some fun in the Poconos!

Very comfortable
Enjoyed everything about the house. Had very comfortable living room and spacious kitchen. Also lots of entertainment for both adults and children. Highly recommend for a place to stay especially for families with kids.

Ski Trip
We had a great time! We enjoyed the game room and hot tub while at the house. We ventured out to hickory run state park for a beautiful walk with our dog and enjoyed skiiing at nearby JFBB. The fenced in yard was perfect for our medium size dog. The property manager was in touch often and ensured we had everything that we needed.

New Years Done Right!
We had an excellent stay at this property. The management was kind and helpful and the house has good amenities. Our group of 6 adults and 3 dogs were super comfortable in the space and the open kitchen was a highlight for sure. If we stay in the area again in the future, we will most definitely consider staying in this house again. Good vibes in this home. They even left us a bottle of wine, and brought a box of chocolate covered strawberries!

Other than everything being all crazy from the Covid we had a great stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable which is hard to find.

The owner Cori and property manager Joann were wonderful. The house was clean and provided enough space for my husband and I and 2 daughters with 5 friends and 2 dogs. Wonderful stay
Wonderful place. Beware fence is 3x5 wire so if your dog jumps or will run through good to know. Property is clean for a rental owner is attentive and area nice, it is on main road but close to lake.

Comfortable stay in the Poconos
This rental home was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed playing games in the game room, lounging on the comfy couches in the living room and spending time together in the kitchen and dining rooms. Everything was just as expected and Cori was in continuous communication with us to ensure we were comfortable. Our 7lb dog’s pen easily set up on the tiled floor with plenty of room to walk around. I’d recommend checking out restaurants in nearby Lake Harmony - Louie’s Prime & Nick’s Lakehouse were our favorites! The neighborhood was very relaxed and peaceful. We enjoyed spotting deer near the backyard every morning.

Great property. Perfect location. Very attentive owners
This is a perfect place to stay with kids. The game room is big. The house has a very smart layout. Everything worked and the appliances were up to date. The backyard is huge. The owners pay attention to detail and are very responsive. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location which is no more than 15 minutes from the best parts of the Poconos.

It was our sweet home for 3 nights
Thanks Cori for letting us stay at this wonderful place. We also like to thank the manager who explained everything about the property and helped us to find some sites. Both of you were very helpful and responded to our queries within few minutes. Our group - 6 adults and 1 child and it was in August this year. We all enjoyed the stay very much. The place was super clean when we arrived. The game room was my favorite and I spent hours playing pool. Some played Foosball. There were other games also. Most exciting experience was to see and feed deer. A herd of deer visited the neighborhood two times every day, once in the morning and then in the evening. They even jumped over the fence and eat grass from our garden. We will definitely go back.

Quant mountain house!
My family really enjoyed our vacation in our quant mountain rental. The kids enjoyed the game room, the adults enjoyed having adult beverages on the second floor porch, the hot tub was an added bonus . We had some minor issues upon arrival but the property manager was very friendly and promptly handled our issues. The owner reached out to make sure were completely satisfied and that is greatly appreciated. We look forward to upcoming visits.

Such a great place to stay!
My family and I absolutely loved staying here! The house is gorgeous inside and out. It is very comfortable and feels like "home away from home". My kids loved the game room and the hot tub was enjoyed daily. We loved that the beach, pool, and park were within walking distance. The binder that they provide is full of fun activities and places to go. Management and everyone around were very nice and helpful. I definitely plan to stay here again!

Everything we wanted and more!!
Thank you Cori for the use of your rental home this summer! The house was perfect and had exactly what we needed. The kids enjoyed the game room immensely. We made full use of the kitchen which was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the fact that we were able to use the heaters on the chili PA nights. Exactly what we needed!
Not too close, not too far... Cori was nothing less than a perfect host. Meeting us at the home to welcome us, giving us some welcome gifts and making sure we knew all the area attractions was just the start. The home featured all the creature comfort's that you would expect and many more that you wouldn't. I would definitely recommend renting from Cori. Whether it is this property or one of his others.

We had the perfect getaway at towamensing trails
Our family had a wonderful vacation in the poconos. The house was fully equipment with so many things to do it was hard to get everyone out for a trip to the lake. The recreational area there a Towamensing was beautiful with all the amenities for the young and old alike. We highly recommend a stay here for fun and relaxation whatever you choose. It was also a pleasure dealing with Cori, the homeowner who could not do enough to make sure you had the best vacation possible.

Great Family Getaway
Me and my family had a wonderful stay in Cori's House. Kids had a great time in the game room and in the hot tub. The game room included a pool table, table hockey and ping pong. The backyard was wide and had alot of space. Cori himself was a very respectful owner, he personally came into the house, showed us around, and even greeted us with wine! The place is very close to alot of amusements for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

The Absolute BEST Owners I Have Ever Had The Pleasure To Deal With On VRBO!!!
We had a few issues/hiccups but the owner was hands on from the get go! He was very easily accessible and responded to texts/calls immediately. Whatever and whenever we had a situation (and I really can't blame the owners) arose (there was a couple) they came thru.
I rented the property to have a nice relaxing stay to spend with my family and to get away. Ample room plus having a game room (pool table etc) and hot tub was exactly what we were looking for. Close proximity to community pool, tennis court, and beach (walking distance) was nice. Ideally located close to attractions and Jim Thorpe being short drives.
I really cannot say enough about the owners though. They were really thoughtful and really cared to ensure that we would enjoy our stay. I really can't see myself staying in the Poconos area unless I contact them first to make sure I can secure their property

Nice House Located right off highway
The house was clean and conveniently located off the highway close to a grocery store and beer distributor. The hot tub worked great and the game room kept us entertained. In addition, the owners were very diligent in making our stay comfortable. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great family retreat with kids
This home provided an excellent getaway for my wife and I to take our nieces. The kids loved the game room with so many activities. We were able to watch movies by the fire at night. We also enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi. We were lucky enough to have snow during our visit which the kids loved playing in the nice size backyard making snowmen and an igloo. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to just have an escape. The owner was so easy to work with and accommodating it made the trip even more enjoyable. What a great house!
This was our first time renting from Cori. From the moment we arrived, Cori made us feel welcomed. He explained the layout of the house as well as all of the amenities. Absolutely wonderful!!!! The living room space is cozy and inviting; the open floor plan of the kitchen makes it easy to move around in and the game room was fantastic. We had our dog with us and he loved playing out in the yard while he watched the deer go by. We loved that the yard is enclosed and safe to let the dog wonder about as we relaxed in the hot tub. The owner, Cori, was a pleasure to talk to at all times. If an issue arose, he was extremely quick to fix. Cori went beyond and above to make sure that we were happy with our stay. I would recommend this beautiful house... Spacious, comfortable, well maintained and enjoyable for all ages... We will definitely be returning to this home. Absolutely loved it!!!!!
