Bilik luas, facility okay, ada lift, air-conditioning functions well walaupun nampak macam lama, friendly staff, good location for tourist attractions around Kuching
- Will be great if the hotel can provide water dispenser or at least bottled mineral water in the room
- Water heater in the bathroom sometimes ada sometimes tak ada

Mattress very comfortable
A lot of damages part such as toilet - shower, clog of sum & leaking of water tap. Lighting not function.

Only the location was nearly to food court
The staff is very arrogant, rude and not friendly at all. I stayed 3 nights 4 days. The water heater not working at all. The staff called and inform us of the same check-in date. Called at 11.30 am check-in time is 2.00 pm. Terrible experience.
