it was Saturday to Sunday night, and there were a party with dances in the restorant at the 4th floor till the midnight. In my room at the 3rd floor it was too loud, I can not sleep.

When we arrived, my partner came down with the flu and was burning with fever. The hotel staff was extremely kind to me as they provided thermometer and gave me instructions on where to find pharmacies and who to call if we wished to take a COVID test. I was able to bring him food downstairs after the breakfast, the waiter even encouraged me to take as much as I wished. When I asked the reception if we could have a change of towels and bed sheets late at night, they sent a cleaning lady who cleaned the room (we had refused cleaning during the day as my partner was sick and couldn't get out of bed). I had the best espresso in Uzbekistan!

room smells bad with sewerage , also even I asked single bed the mattress was from two parts and the connection between them was so soft so during sleep I fell inside ))

Have stayed here multiple times and always been very happy with the quality of the rooms and the helpful staff. Breakfast is generally good and the hotel is in a quiet area away from the main road which is nice. Also very reasonably priced for the quality of hotel/service in Tashkent.

I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel or staff. The guests in the next room were being loud during the wee hours of the morning but that is not the fault of the hotel or hotel staff, just other patrons being inconsiderate. Overall this is a good hotel.

Stayed 6 nights. Very comfortable room with king size bed with great matrass. Air conditioning and wifi high quality. At the Desk young people smiling and speaking well english. Very helpful when asked. Perfect daily room cleaning with knowhow. Very appreciated welcome fresh sparkling water with lemon, orange during the day at the entrance after long hours spent at 40 degrees around the city!

First 3 days breakfast wasn't perfect. Poor selection, one day bread totally absent, cook not there for preparing eggs... Last two days lot of improvement about selection and variety of salty/sweet food. Fruits present not really following the season, but ok.

Lovely staffs & room clean well daily. Location slightly hidden if you like walking.

New and clean, with a soft bed. Covid tests were available through a lab working with the hotel, saving me a trip across town.

very comfortable atmosphere. good breakfast. great location if you are going to the Shox International Hospital or other health facilities.

one small thing. the hot water pot has a cord too short to sit on the desk. You can’t use it. also the frig wasn’t working.

No double or queen size beds. They put 2 single beds next to each other to make queen size bed. This can be uncomfortable
