Good location

Overall good but bed was not very comfortable and made quite a lot of noise when you moved. Considering how much we could hear from upstairs we were very conscious. Overall clean but the taps in the bathroom were dirty

Location was good. very spacious inside, parking out of the way that made it feel safe.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Every movement it creaked and woke you up & felt as if the bed was going to fall apart, I'm sure the floor would've been more comfortable. Struggled with the keys to the outside doors as they needed a real fight to get them to unlock the door, but all in all, OK for what we needed.

Black out blinds or curtains would have been useful in the lounge as we used the sofa bed.

Directions and communication were great 👍 It was nicely decorated and what we were expecting from the photo's when booking. Location worked well for us.

The double bed was horribly noisy. There was only one teaspoon and that was dirty as were the mugs, no bin liner in kitchen bin, open milk in the fridge-so the kitchen could have been better equipped and cleaner. And we only had one bath towel, not too much of an issue as we are a couple and only staying two nights. I'm sure all these things would have been addressed if I'd mentioned it-but as the visit turned out we didn't spend much time there anyway.

WE'VE HAD AN ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS EXPERIENCE HERE... I HAVE EXPLAINED IN MORE DETAIL IN ANOTHER WINDOW.

APARTMENT HASN'T BEEN CLEANED AFTER PREVIOUS GUESTS, BOTH TOILETS WERE IN PISS POOR CONDITION, LITERALLY, TOILET RIMS HAD PREVIOUS GUESTS PISS ALL OVER THEM 🤢🤮🤮 THERE WAS A DECENT SIZE BLACK MOULD INSIDE THE SHOWER CABIN ON THE WALL. MAIN BED MATRASS WAS IN TERRIBLE CONDITION, AS ME AND WIFE WERE WAKING EACH OTHER UP EVERY TIME WE MOVED DURING THE NIGHT. AND LASTLY THE SHAMPOO BOTTLES WERE EMPTY, NOT REFILLED AFTER PREVIOUS GUESTS. WITH ALL OBJECTIVENESS THE HOST SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED US THE MONEY IF THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO CLEAN THE PROPERTY TO A REASONABLE STANDARD FOR THE NEXT GUESTS, AND WE WOULD HAVE BOOKED ELSEWHERE. THE PROPERTY HAS ALSO REFUSED TO ADMIT THEIR FAULT AND ISSUE ANY COMPENSATION. GIVEN THE ABOVE, THE HOST HAS FAILED TO MAINTAIN AND CLEAN THE APARTMENT. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Apartment had all the facilities as listed. Clean and welcoming. Host very helpful with clear instructions. Allocated parking space.
