Authentic with Luxury Amenities With 250 Ft Of Private Sandy Frontage On Sebago
Venez profiter du nouveau camp de notre famille sur le grand lac Sebago, entièrement rénové en 2015. Le camp est situé à l'extrémité d'une route de camp sans issue et dispose de 250 pieds de façade sur le lac avec deux plages de sable à entrée progressive idéales pour les familles. Le chalet a été rénové à un niveau très élevé avec tous les nouveaux meubles (Pottery Barn / LL Bean), de nouveaux appareils électroménagers (Viking) un porche grillagé avec son Bose avec kayaks et canoë inclus. Le camp est situé sur un seul niveau de 3 chambres (King / Queen et twin sur lits superposés) et 1 salle de bain. Veuillez noter que, comme de nombreuses autres propriétés de la région, l'approvisionnement en eau provient du lac (également la source d'eau de la grande région de Portland. Bien que cela fonctionne bien pour le lavage, le bain, etc., l'eau en bouteille est recommandée pour boire. Venez faire vos propres souvenirs dans cette propriété très spéciale.

Beautiful location, clean home, wonderful porch, well equipped. Downsides -- infuriating heating/cooling controls, apple TV challenges, sandy beach a stretch with rocky bottom once in the water, shower difficult to use for the physically challenged, poor indoor lighting for reading.

Camp has been updated and modernized while retaining the essential 'camp' atmosphere. Panoramic view of the lake and mountains is stunning from the porch. And don't miss the sunsets!

We had a wonderful stay & really enjoyed the house, property & lake!
A few things I would have loved to read ahead of time:
- There is a grill!
- To get to the king bedroom from inside the house, you have to walk through the queen bedroom. The king bedroom also has its own outside door.
- The yard was great - larger than we thought from the pictures!
- It was deep enough to jump off the dock and our little one really liked the sandy entrance to the water. Bring water shoes if you want to go out more than a foot into the water.
- The inside is cozy/small, but so well thought through and very nicely furnished & maintained. The screened in porch and outside is spacious, and that is where you will spend all your time :) Beds were all very comfortable and lines were nice.
- Storage is limited for clothes and food/pantry. Get yourself organized when you arrive - think less is more when you pack :)
We highly recommend and will likely be back!

The Paulin house was a true "home-away-from-home." Our family hasn't had a real vacation since before the pandemic broke out, and this space invited us to fully relax and get away. This space is clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and homey. The firepit and fireplace, canoes and kayaks, hammock, sleeping spaces, and huge screened-in porch made it so that we didn't really even have to leave the Camp to enjoy ourselves. Even so, there's plenty to enjoy nearby: we could either go for a beautiful nearby hike, or head down to Portland and enjoy the city's sights. A perfect vacation all around.

We enjoy everything about the property the house is set up well has everything that’s needed. My girlfriend and I spend first part of the week alone and then my daughter and her family comes in the grandkids love it.

Just what we needed. So close to the lake and so relaxing. The only reason for 4 stars on the accuracy of the listing was because it is smaller than it looks online. But the cottage was very clean, nice upgrades done, no neighbors were home during the week, and it was just what we needed for rest and relaxation. Would definitely recommend! Jeremy answered our questions as needed throughout the week, without hovering over us, respecting our privacy, which we expect and appreciated. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! 😊

Amazing Family Vacation on the Lake!

Lake House 5/1/22
Our week long stay at the lake house was amazing! We met Jeremy upon arrival, and he was so inviting and friendly to chat with. The house is cozy (which we knew, but very well laid out). It was spotless upon arrival and stocked with everything you would need. The property is right on the lake, has its own little cove with a child friendly beach area (our small children loved this and played there all day long) and easy water access for the canoe. Views are simply breathtaking. You get both the sunrise and sunset. If you need to unwind and relax this is it! (Though I imagine the summer months get more crowded, but we had the entire area to ourselves).. it’s so peaceful and quiet! We knew we wanted to book another stay at this lake house before our vacation even ended! We can’t wait! Thank you so much for hosting us, it was definitely the vacation we needed!

Dream come true lake house
Truly amazing!!a little slice of heaven, so beautiful! Extremely well appointed... my husband and I have traveled to Maine for quite a while now, tending(much) further north, always wistfully saying we should check out Sebago, and in our time we’ve stayed in your basic camp, and learned over the years what we need, and what we like. This home hit a home run, and has won our hearts! It truly is perfection, from the location, secluded yet near everything, to its as I said, decor, just, a home, a peaceful sanctuary, a true beauty! Halfway through our time, we were hoping to book again, and with happy but heavy hearts, we said goodbye, paving the way for another’s wonderful memories. Many thanks to the P. Family for sharing your glorious home with us! We will be back, thank you again!

House exceeded expectations. Perfect for my family and children. Lake Sebago is amazing and the week was outstanding. Loved looking at the stars and enjoyed the scenic views of the mountains while relaxing on the porch. Can’t wait to visit again!

Paradise
We found this peaceful, immaculate cabin just what our spirit needed. Unfortunately we had to make a quick emergency exit mid-week when my 95 year old mother took a turn and passed away shortly after our return home. I hope to one day return under better circumstances.

Fall on Sebago Lake
My wife and I just completed a two week stay in this cute house that is situated on a beautiful lot on Sebago Lake. The house was clean and wonderfully furnished. We enjoyed all the property had to offer which included a canoe, two kayaks, a dock and fire ring that looked out onto the lake. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We look forward to a return visit and cannot say enough about this wonderful house!

I can't speak highly enough of our stay at this beautiful lake house! We had an amazing and relaxing week and were so impressed with every detail. The owners thought of everything! The view was spectacular and the home felt impeccably clean and cared for. We especially loved the beautiful mix of high-end decor matched with a cozy Maine cabin feel. The only moment of unhappiness was having to leave... Thank you for an amazing stay and we hope to rent again next summer!!

Beautiful Updated Cabin
First off, this property is in a great spot and has absolutely stunning views of the lake. We enjoyed many sunsets and and sunny days just sitting on the lawn in the Adirondack chairs. My family enjoyed the fire pit for roasting s’mores and swimming in the lake. Even the one stormy afternoon we had was fine, because we were able to watch the storm roll in from the comfort of the screened in porch. The cabin had a wide variety of cooking tools available, which made our stay easy, and we had a great night’s sleep after every busy day thanks to the comfy beds. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely spend our vacation on the lake here again.

Gorgeous scenery
The property was lovely and well stocked. The lake was GORGEOUS, but freezing cold lol. Loved the use of the canoe. It is the perfect get away. Just seemed far from restaurants. The only con I could think of was it got a little warm a couple days in the daytime and needs maybe a window unit. But that was just my preference. It was a perfectly lovely lakehouse.
