Fenomenalna lokalizacja nad samym morzem.

Savršeno iskustvo u Hotelu La Luna** Mogu slobodno preporučiti Hotel La Luna svakome jer nas je oduševio u svakom pogledu. Kreveti su prve klase, udobni i široki 2 metra, što je prava rijetkost. Sobe su komforne i opremljene svim što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Plaža je fenomenalna i čista, idealna i za djecu i za odrasle. Ležaljke i suncobrani su udobni i dostupni za sve goste. Osoblje hotela je gostoljubivo, uvijek nasmijano i uslužno, što čini boravak još prijatnijim. Smeća nigdje nismo vidjeli, što pokazuje koliko pažnje posvećuju higijeni i održavanju. Hrana je raznolika i ukusna, prilagođena svačijim ukusima, i uvijek svježa. Posebno bih pohvalio osoblje na recepciji koje je izuzetno gostoljubivo i uvijek spremno pomoći u bilo kojoj situaciji. Ako tražite dobar smještaj i predivnu plažu s udobnim ležaljkama i suncobranima, Hotel La Luna je pravi izbor. Naše iskustvo je bilo savršeno i sigurno ćemo se vratiti ponovo!

Die Lage und auch die Ausstattung war passend.

Am Meer gibt es leider nur eine einzige Einstiegsleiter. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, es wurden zwar Handtücher gewechselt, aber die Waschbecken nicht geputzt, der Teppichboden war sehr grauslich. Es wurde nicht Staub gesaugt, der Balkon nicht gesäubert, usw. Obwohl Frühstück bis 11h war, war um 1/2 10h schon vieles nicht mehr da. Die Damentoilette am Strand waren nicht versperrbar, die Herrentoilette waren überschwemmt, das Pissoir nicht benutzbar.

Personnel à l'accueil très agréable, il a prit le temps de nous expliquer l'ensemble des accès et prestations de l'hôtel. La taille des chambres (2 chambres double vu mer) est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était sympa (prit à 8h00). Le cadre de l'hôtel est top : accès à une petite "plage" avec transats, parasols ect... Piscine d'eau de mer à proximité de l'accès plage.

Les installations n'étaient pas toutes disponibles (voyage en début de saison donc cela s'explique peut être... ?) : pas de jaccuzi en route, pas de bar à cocktails ouvert, pas de matelas sur les bed (uniquement les transats disponibles). L'hôtel est clairement un hôtel de famille, idéal pour y venir avec ses enfants (salles de jeu, possibilité de jouer à la play, pédiluve...). En revanche, nous ne le conseillerons pas pour un couple, ou des personnes venues se détendre/ se reposer. L'ambiance avec les enfants est très bruyante. Le repas du soir (buffet), manquait cruellement de réapprovisionnement et de saveurs (il fallait attendre plusieurs minutes avant que les plateaux de nourriture soient remplis pour se servir). Les verres étaient régulièrement en rupture. Le manque de personnel s'est fait sentir aussi : qu'une seule personne pour servir les boissons donc plusieurs longues minutes d'attente et pas le temps pour elle de laver les verres entre plusieurs clients).

Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding, especially when it comes to the food offerings. The food was incredibly delicious, and the variety was diverse and satisfying for all tastes. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a real treat. We particularly enjoyed the fresh local specialties that perfectly complemented the ambiance. The hotel stands out particularly for its amenities for children. From outdoor inflatable toys to a modern PS5 console in the playroom, every child can find something to enjoy. The animators were fantastic, constantly organizing games and activities that kept the kids entertained and happy. The hotel staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile and helped us with everything we needed. Every team member was extremely attentive and accommodating, which truly enhanced our overall positive experience. All in all, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children. We are already planning our next visit!

Lahko bi zaposlili več osebja, glede na število gostov. Zaposleni so se mi na trenutke kar zasmilili, ker jih je bilo bistveno premalo. 😣

- SEA: clear waters with perfect temperature, specially a treat for full mask snorkling at deep water. However be aware it is not a sand but stone beach, there are sea urchins so BRING SEA SHOES - PERSONEL: pretty much all personell at the hotel( from the cook to cleaning ladies) are friendly and ready to help, almost all of them at least speak basic English. - ROMANTIC, with the sea view there is a nice restaurant for couples who wants few(!) days of escape.

- rural area with no shuttle service. - there is not even complimentary water in the rooms. Also no kettle, etc. - when we first arrived small refgirator was not working, at the reception they answered it is the same for all rooms. - air conditioner is on central system therefore you are bound to this system. - even though there are nice friendly animators it is NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY hotel (specially for small ones), no play ground, play area is under the sun outside with limited capacity, sea is deep with pebles, pool has too much clore (burning the eyes), pretty much every outside area is a SMOKING AREA! - TOWELS were marked did not give the impression of clean - Considering the hotels location and activities max(!) 5-7 days should be enough for an escape however more than this is getting limited boring routine. - DO NOT EARLY BOOK, (specially with booking.com), because close to the dates Hotel drops the prices almost 400-500€ as "last minute deal" even for "superior" rooms, by early booking you are booking a standard room more expensive and later Hotel do not accept giving you a better room with the same / dropped prices nor booking.com accepts the change!!!
