The location was good, very close to downtown

The temperature of the room was too cold, when its too cold outside, the room gets too cold as well. I could't pay with card, the system was down, I needed to get some cash to pay for the remaining balance.

Location is great for our purpose. Clean and friendly

The location is good, you can go to the center of the city walking. The breakfast includes coffe, juice , differents types of bread and eggs with bacon Jam or other thing. The Restaurant is good, in the menu you can find typical food at a good price.

The room was very humed, it had very poor ventilation. During all my stay there dawn congested, the bathroom needs better ventilation , you could hear everything from the other rooms, maintenance in the dorms.

The hotel is located in the heart of town so you are able to fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of beautiful Cuetzalan. And we really loved cozy and good-looking backyard with a pool. The food in the hotel`s restaurant was unforgettably delicious. After having a delightful breakfast in the morning, we came back in the evening for dinner, because we wanted to try more of their delicious food. Also we would like to thank the staff of the hotel for being extremely helpful and nice! And another plus of this hotel is that they have big enough private parking.

Music from pool area was often too loud.
