Området var jättebra och lägenhetens planering var bra.

Lägenheten var väldigt smutsig när vi kom. Mycket var trasigt och väldigt sjaskigt. Bl a var frysen möglig. Möbler trasiga. Dörrhandtaget var helt löst. Vi bad värden komma och kolla. Det var han inte intresserad av alls. (Han sa redan från början att han inte skulle komma för en slutbesiktning) När vi rest skyllde han på oss och vägrade betala tillbaka depositionen.

Schickes modernes Appartement in einer Anlage mit 4 Hochhäusern unmittelbar am Hafen von Estepona. Wirklich traumhafter Ausblick auf Hafen, Palmen und Meer aus den Panoramafenstern im Wohn- Koch- Essbereich und sogar aus den beiden Schlafzimmern. Sonnenauf- und Untergänge stellen jeweils ein Schauspiel dar. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir hatten zu zweit mehr Platz, als wir brauchten. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett reichte für uns 2 Erwachsene, die 2 Einzelbetten im 2. Schlafzimmer wären für Kinder gut geeignet, für Erwachsene vielleicht nicht komfortabel genug, je nachdem, wie anspruchsvoll man ist. Es gibt 2 Duschen und 2 WCs. Im Hafen von Estepona gibt es viele Bars, Pubs und Restaurants mit internationaler Küche. Wir haben das Angebot vor der Haustür jeden Abend genutzt und können die Klagen anderer Gäste über die Lautstärke nicht nachvollziehen. Mag sein, dass es daran liegt, dass wir nicht in der Hauptsaison dort waren. In unmittelbarer Nähe auch zwei Supermärkte, von denen einer bis 24 Uhr geöffnet ist.

Die Wohnung könnte etwas besser gewartet/gepflegt werden (Fenster putzen, Haare aus den Abflüssen entfernen). Die Kontaktaufnahme bei der Anreise um 20.30 Uhr gestaltete sich in der Vorsaison etwas schwierig. Zunächst meldete sich niemand auf beiden angegebenen Telefonnummern, als wir nach der Ankunft am Flughafen Malaga anriefen, um unsere genaue Ankunft mitzuteilen. Von einem Restaurant in der Nähe der Wohnung gelang es dann aber, und der sehr freundliche Vermieter kehrte von einer Autofahrt um und erschien eine gute halbe Stunde später zur Übergabe. Wir würden empfehlen, den persönlichen Kontakt spätestens am Vortag der Anreise zu suchen, damit alles reibungslos verläuft.

Location. Comfortable, clean, characterful with modern facilities. All you need for a couple for a few days.

Balcony was far too small for comfort.

Nice view of the marina and ocean but the marina is very worn down and many seedy places around. Great to have 2 grocery stores just around the corner. Host was nice and spoke English.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and there were no duvet covers, just a sheet that covered the duvet which I found gross as I doubt they wash the duvet for each guest. There was no toilet paper in the apartment upon arrival. The pool was gross, seagulls kept swimming in the pool in the late afternoon. The airconditioning worked well but there was a steam vent on the side of the balcony right next to where you open the door so I got second degree burns on my calf from the steam as I went on the balcony. No coffee maker, just a kettle and something you make coffee on the stove with?? The fridge would not get cold so only a shelf or 2 were useful. The building is basically a dump. Also, very difficult to park if you can even find a parking space at all.

Edgar was very helpful. The location was so easy with a one-year-old. We could easily walk to restaurants for dinner and to either beach. Ideal for staying with a little one.

Sofa could be a little more comfy. Balcony perfect for three but perhaps could have a smaller table but still really great.

The location is great. The beds are very comfortable. The marina is lovely and there is plenty of really good restaurants on your doorstep. The old town is a lovely 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Highly recommend visiting the old town day and night. Plaza de los flores is a lovely place to enjoy dinner. But you won't be stuck as everywhere we ate was delicious.

In our opinion the apartment is over priced. When we arrived it was obvious that the air conditioning in the main living room was not functioning properly. As one of my kids was sleeping in this room too , no air conditioning was a problem. After two days Edgar and the owner brought a portable air con unit. It was big and made a fair bit of noise but at least it was cool. And it was appreciated. Air con is a deal breaker for me and for the price of this apartment it's not acceptable that it didn't work. Reading other reviews there was comments about the same air con unit going back 2 years. So it seems it just wasn't addressed. Edgar did say that they were getting it repaired after we left. I hope they do. The air con units in the bedrooms had a constant drip. Don't know what causes this. Edgar said it was because of the humidity. Google says its because they need a service. One of the curtains was ripped. (Before we left Edgar left in new curtains, so i presume they have been put up now) The shower in the master bedroom started to malfunction on our 2nd last day. Again, Edgar said the plumber would come to fix it. The lid on the toilet in the master bedroom was broken when we arrived. It was replaced the next day. We could only get one ring on the hob to work. Not sure if the others were broken. The chairs at the table are in need of repair/replacement. The electricity tripped out numerous times. Dont know what caused it but if its happening that ofter it needs to be looked at. These may all seem small or petty to some, but all of these things should be in proper working order when guests arrive. I don't know how often maintenence is carried out in the apartment, but i would urge the owner to do it more regularly. The balcony. The size is small but we knew that and it's not a problem.

Great location for bars, restaurants and supermarket

Not being notified of building and demolition works being carried out in the property 2 floors below for the entire stay resulting in noise all day and dust everywhere.
