Very good position for Baumette beach, the house is very nice and cosy. Easy access to everything , especially if you are without a car: beach, small shop, some choices to eat, bus stop which is also connected pretty ok with the train station from Agay.

Nice appartment close to the beach. Small supermarket within 100.meters and free & safe parking of your car. Good and fast communication with the owner. We had a good week.

A very cozy apartment and very well located on the seafront. Clean location, with all facilities, supermarket very close, restaurants and bakery. sandy beach, across the road from the apartment.

Poor quality linen, cushions as worn, no mosquito nets on the windows, and the worst is that we were wrongly accused by the host for leaving disorder, that it means the unmade bed, the mess in the bathroom and that I destroyed the heater and a shelf of the fridge. No one greeted us, no one came to check out, and the next day we woke up with photos of the broken radiator, although there is clear evidence that we did not break the radiator, we were accused of breaking a shelf from the fridge, here we have no proof. Be careful, do not be wrongfully accused. I have to mention that I washed all the dishes, I threw the garbage, I put the towels in the specially arranged basket. Make it very clear what her expectations are of how to leave the apartment at departure and photograph at departure what the apartment looks like. I attach the photos that the host even sent me from which it is clear that we did not destroy the radiator and what it means is disorder in her opinion. Personally I do not recommend due to misunderstandings that may occur.
