Cour arrière clôturée convenant aux enfants et aux petits animaux domestiques. Cour arrière a foyer et double barbecue. La maison est entièrement meublée avec trois ensembles de chambre à coucher queen, deux canapés, une table à manger familiale et 4 tabourets de bar. La cuisine a lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et machine à glaçons; utilitaire a laveuse et secheuse. Les ventilateurs AC et de plafond sont en très bon état. Propriété bien entretenue comprenant des soins professionnels pour les pelouses, une lutte antiparasitaire trimestrielle à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, un système d'adoucissement de l'eau et un filtrage de l'eau de cuisine. Garage 2 voitures a vélos, équipement de plage et équipement pour bébé pour les clients. La maison est équipée de 2 télévisions, WiFi, Dish Network et ADT Home Security. Carol was extremely accommodating and responded immediately! The outdoor space was amazing and where we spent most of our time.The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We absolutely loved our second visit to this house! The recent updates, like the new patio furniture and shower heads, were fantastic additions. The patio speaker was a definite highlight for us, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The house was spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and incredibly comfortable. Plus, being pet-friendly made our stay even better. We can't wait to come back again!

We had the best time as a family of five staying at this vrbo. Carol was prompt with responding to any of our needs. The pool area was amazing! We utilized it every day of our stay, the kids loved it! We would definitely recommend this location!

Carol was an awesome host! She communicated immediately and stayed in contact before and during our stay. The house was beautiful and clean with all the amenities needed and even some we didn’t realize we would need but appreciated! Great neighborhood which was quiet and pretty private. We stayed here for the months of February and March and were completely pleased. Carol is so easy to work with and immediately available if you have any questions at all.
The neighborhood is quiet and a little wooded so it was a very pleasant setting. Everything was very clean and as described. The fenced in back yard would be perfect for a dog to run around. We cannot say enough positive things about the heated pool with birdcage. We spent so much time there and the spa was just wonderful. We recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy the warm, sunny weather of Florida. Carol has it set up with clear instructions for everything which was very much appreciated. We plan to return next year.

The home is on a secluded corner lot with a nice decorative yard. Front lanai is beautiful.
Upon entry to the front door, I was surprised by the amount of room in the dining and living room.
It was super clean!
The pool and rear lanai was more beautiful than the photos showed!
Owner was helpful and very responsive.
Couldn’t be happier with our VIP experience and the fact we were able to have our dog made it even better! 5 stars! Thumbs up! Yes! Hope to be able to stay here again.

Our family enjoyed this home very much. The pool was especially a big Hit. The home was clean and filled with almost anything you need. I did find that some items were out of reach and I couldn't find a step stool to help me reach. And I found the check out time a little early since we had to wash and dry and put away all the towels and dishes. Otherwise it was great.

This is an AMAZING property. You have EVERYTHING you need at your fingertips. The home is BEAUTIFUL, and the Pool and Lanai area is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! We felt right at home, and our Fur babies also enjoyed it very much. We HIGHLY recommend this property. We give it 10 🌟!!!

This was a great house in a quiet, somewhat rural neighborhood. Not an urban, developed area. The home was clean and well maintained, every part of it. Beds were comfortable, lighting was good, all appliances well maintained. Large patio/lanai with multiple seating areas. The pool seemed to be a recent addition and was very large and inviting. Child proof fence surrounded the pool and spa. Plenty of TV's, if needed. It had all the conveniences we needed, and more. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this home again. I also liked that the house has regular bug service. I didn't see any other houses mention this service. In Florida, that's a plus.

This is a beautiful home with an awesome pool and lanai setup. It’s more than we could have asked for! The kids kept asking if we can please come back to this house next year! It was safe & quiet, clean, and communication from Carol was superb! We loved it from the moment we walked in and we’re sad to go but hope to be back in the future!

I had to move out of my home with my 3 children while repairs were being done. Carol’s home was closed to our work and school so we booked a stay for 10 days. Upon arrival, we quickly discovered that the home had so much more to offer than expected. Everything was so organized, and the home lacked nothing. My personal favorite was the glass fire pit on the patio and taking a dip in the beautiful pool was a daily must for my little one. Carol was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was one to be remembered. Out of 5 stars, she gets a 10!!!. Yes, I do know 10 is more than five. But that’s just what this experience was. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Carol for making us feel at home while we were away from ours.

The house was clean and ready to go. Door access was setup and easy for getting in and out. House has everything you will need for your stay. Stunning new pool that was a treat for all. Carol is on point with all communication. Would gladly stay again next time we are in the area.

Great home, helpful owner
Carol's house was lovely. It was a proper home from home for us. The house is really attractively decorated and very well equipped, so comfortable. One of our favourite places was the covered lania. It was a great place to relax in, read a book and enjoy the Florida weather.
The house is in a quiet location but convenient for exploring the west coastal area.
Carol was an exceptionally helpful owner.

Stay here! Premier Host - Inviting Southern FL Home
From practically the minute I booked, Carol was the premier, engaged & welcoming host! From making sure we were prepared to being incredibly responsive at all times, she ensures that travelers are prepared before arrival & during the trip.
The home is very comfortable, with great & spacious semi-outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed in the warm climate. It is also very centrally located, between 1 and 1.5 hours from numerous beaches & prime destinations. Carol recommended Siesta Key (shops & beach), which was a fun day for all! We also visited Marco Island, Naples, Captiva & Sanibel Islands. We were able to do this all comfortably & in 3 full days, at a vacation-appropriate pace, due to the central location of the home.
Carol also went way above & beyond for us on multiple occasions, from giving great travel advice to helping find a left-behind item. Her graciousness & kindness to us made already wonderful trip seamless, and we are truly grateful.
Stay here! You will have a great trip in beautiful Florida, & be blessed!

Excellent and very comfortable!
We appreciated the communication with Carol, she was very helpful with our last minute timeframe. The backyard and large lanai/screened in area was perfect for our family. Carol has everything nicely labeled on where everything was located and how to operate lights/remotes and such. We were in transition from our move up North and wish we had found Carol's place for the whole month while being displaced. We stayed at 4 different houses since arriving to FL and Carols was the nicest of them all!

Memorial Day weekend getaway
Our family was very happy and satisfied with the overall stay at this home. It’s such a lovely home with lots of space and all the amenities and necessities that you would have in your own home so it truly felt like home away from home. Carol the landlord was very responsive and attentive to everything and very kind. Drive to the beach was not bad it’s a little bit of a drive but so worth it because staying in the inner city is so crowded. Wifi connection was great and complementary water and coffee was very nice also. Very clean home in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend it and will definitely be back again. Thank you Carol!

This place is the place if you don't need a pool and want a great super clean place with super nice people to work with we had a problem with another place and they helped save my trip i can't say enough about this place TRY IT YOU WILL LIKE IT :) oh but not when i need it just wish i could have stayed longer .
