Decent clean accommodation, good amenities, okay neighbourhood with local shops nearby, very good location for Convention centre. Easy self check-in. Nespresso capsules were a nice extra😊 Host responsive to queries

Towel could be better- was small and thin. Washing machine lock had issues- difficult to open.

Viajo pelo Booking há 13 anos e esta foi a pior acomodação que já fiquei. O apart é no limite da rua, o que nos deixa sem privacidade, não podendo deixar nada aberto, péssima ventilação. O dormitório é horrível, pois temos que descer por uma escada extremamente perigosa, não possui ventilação e nem iluminação natural e para ir ao banheiro a noite, é necessário subir e descer por essa escada perigosa. Não sei se o proprietário cria algum animal no dormitório, pois tem um cheiro insuportável, nos deu até dor de cabeça pelo mau cheiro. A cama é horrível, pouco se consegue dormir e acordávamos cansados. Sinceramente não sei como essa habitação recebe classificação como boa. Não possui ar condicionado, iluminação, nem ventilação natural. Simplesmente com o calor e mau cheiro, fica muito difícil permanecer no apart.

Everything went okay, the property was clean enough, the owner was nice. The problems are mostly structural.

The stairs in the property are a dangerous safety hazard. This is my main complaint, being a structural problem, more than anything related to the stay. The location is also not fantastic, especially in terms of connections.

The apartment is truly lovely, has all the facilities you could want and is a lovely neighbourhood with great patisseries and just a 40 minute walk away from the main attractions of Paris.

The stairs are rather steep, you need to be able in body to get up and down them.

Amazing place! All kitchen accessories included, dishwasher. Close to markets, restaurants and two blocks from the subway and train station, which goes straight to Versailles.

Bad bed. Old and with holes. It's not very comfortable, it could be changed to a 10.

Good location for the event I was attending and nice, very quiet street (except for one morning there was some jackhammering or something). The apartment itself was mostly totally silent except sometimes I could hear people's footsteps above. Extremely comfortable bed and very well-equipped apartment with good heating. I had trouble with the door but luckily there were also electric roll-down shutters. Good communication from host and allowed me to leave me bags there before check in. Would definitely stay again : )

I stayed with my mother who is 75 years old and the staircase leading to the bedroom area is quite hazardous. I would described it as a ladder rather than a staircase. It is not advisable for individuals with mobility issues to use it.
