I like the room; it's clean and quiet.

Room is spacious and very clean. Super king bed is super comfy to sleep in.
Got upgraded to room with KL Tower view and it was so lovely. We got to see KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers from our window.
Breakfast spread was superb, lots of choices from different cuisines. Got to try most of the menu since it comes in small portion so we get a taste of everything. and everything was very delicious. Breakfast also comes with twin tower view.
The chef came to ask for some review, and in the end prepared a special anniversary treat for us. Really happy with the service! Special shoutout to Chef Shahfarul, Nazmee, Shuib and Munir for this lovely memory
Check in and check out process was very smooth. It is to be noted that the lobby is at 53rd floor. We were lost at first before asking around.
Staffs were excellent, always helping us finding our ways and fulfilling our needs.

I love the part where I had breakfast with the Twin Tower view.
The staff were very polite, friendly and well trained. I'm very impressed!
I'm not really satisfied with the toilet in the room. It's far from the bathroom.

Spacious room, proximity to transportation and food, nice and friendly staff
Expected a buffet at breakfast but it turned out to be a la carte menu. Pool too small and not having the best view of Petronas Towers. Cannot cumulate miles if you book via 3rd party.

i think the room can be improve further by adding a mirror slate in the changing room and some hooks in the toilet to hang bathrobes before entering the shower.

The hotel is extremely well maintained, clean throughout and staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with all amenities and a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows. The bed was very comfortable with a wide choice of pillows and the breakfast had a good variety of buffet and a la carte dishes. Location was ideal for walking to KLCC and Petronas towers. The pool on the 53rd floor has a great view of the KL Menara tower and Petronas towers. Definitely recommend it!
The building is for both the hotel (floors 53-58) and the residences(floors 2-52). When we arrived the staff thought that we were going to the residence, so a bit of a mix up there. When you arrive you have to go to the right and go up to the 53rd floor for the hotel reception.

This hotel knows all about details and perfection. The room was super, all amenities you could need. At breakfast I was offered a scarf because the airco was too cold for me. The salad bar was good with the right dressing (balsamico). The orange jus was fresh and made from well tasting oranges. The staff was extremely friendly, very good service. The view at night from the roof top bar was super .
The location of the hotel is central and close to many nice places. We also loved the restaurant Hakka around the corner with good seafood .
The pool was closed one afternoon when we wanted to swim. Also the roof top bar was closed that evening for a private party.

Everything it's so amazing the breakfast was amazing well done and clean fresh by order outstanding .

Totally recommended for anyone that wants royal treatment and outstanding feeling
And plus plus for the hotel it's connected to the pavilion shopping mall by a closed air-conditioned bridge

They didn't tell me that the bridge connected to the mall. I found that out by myself :( the hard way after going out in the road.

very close to the Pavilion mall and Bukit Bintang which is very lively and amazing to walk around, dine and do shopping. but a little pricey
price but maybe because I went there on a busy week
