The hot tub was great and the 2 main beds were comfortable. It is a nice location, peaceful and quiet. The outdoor overhead fans were nice to have. The place was decently clean when we arrived. There isnt much more to like as the place is falling apart, cheaply furnished and extremely overpriced for the condition of the property. If you are looking for a place that reflects what they are charging, you are going to be grossly disappointed. I expected a LOT more. The place shouldnt rent for more than $80 a night and I only say that high because of the hot tub. We travel often and this was by far one of the most overpriced places we have been stuck at. We took before and after videos of the place so we couldnt be blamed for the poor condition of practically everything.

The furniture is super cheap, the couches are sectionals that wont stay together. If you move they separate & down you go. The washing machine is on its last legs and screaches loudly no matter how small of a load you try to wash. Tv is cheap & they have regular cable that stops working while you are using it & dont include any premium channels, so I hope you like commercials & weekly testing sending loud piercing tones throughout the house. The back door screen is broken & randomly flies open then slams shut. Kitchen drawers have wood fronts that fell off while trying to open them. The dishwasher is old & when you pulled the cages out to load them, the wheels go flying off. The dining room chairs are old & worn, the wood in them could be felt while you sat. The wifi barely worked. When we opened the fridge the lower shelf in the door fell out. The place is used and it shows that no one is really keeping this property up. Its super overpriced & they are charging 3x what they should, even with the hot tub. The toilet shakes when you sit on it. The shower door in the main bedroom falls off almost every time you slide it. The bed in the kids room felt like a blow up mattress that practically sits on the floor. The closet in the second bedroom is full of crap in taped boxes. We rented the place for 2 weeks & they didnt supply enough garbage bags or dish soap or anything really. It was slightly better than a motel. People kept randomly showing up to work on the hot tub, one of the guys made the comment about how he would be back more often since we were using the hot tub so much, like we were being watched. Thermostat is off, place freezes or burns up. The deck is in poor shape, with soft wood pieces you have to watch for under your feet and nails that stab into you when you walk. There are bees in the wood slats at the bottom of the stairs, my boyfriend was stung twice. This was my first and last time using booking.com.
